1. Bitch has literally nothing to recomp. She's skinny fat. The only solution to that is to fucking lift, and lift heavier at that. But based on her body as is, and that dumbbell, there's little to no chance of her actually going heavy. And even if she did, I can find at least 20 videos of, relatively, average male lifters shattering women's world records with the ease of a warm up back to back.

2. Recomps are fucking hard and take forever. It's a very fine balance of eating JUST above or below or right at maintenance with zero wavering for months, if not years depending on where you're starting from and what you're wanting to achieve. But again, she's fucking skinny fat. It would be a colossal waste of time and effort to recomp.

3. Bulking only is only worth it if you're willing to shovel calories into your face, while making sure you're not just cramming a bunch of ice cream and Burger King down your gullet. Nutrition is important even on a bulk, youre just able to go to the "unhealthy" options more often than you would otherwise. Strongmen and power lifters/steroid users might be able to get away with eating 5-10k calories of bullshit, but naturals are just gonna get bloated and fat as fucking shit. Especially if they're DYELs like her and aren't willing to lift heavy the way they need and should. And even then, when it comes time for the cut, you're 100% going to lose size and strength. The best you can do is try to keep your current routine as close to what it is, but you'll always see a drop in both size and strength during your cut.

4. Worrying about bulking or recomping after only less than a year of serious, dedicated lifting is beyond retarded and just shows she's not that serious, isn't very knowledgeable, and absolutely would not stick to it anyway.

5. And the retarded question of "how much muscle could I realistically put on" is just such a fucking crap shoot its not worth asking or worrying about in the first place. You will literally never know just how much size you can put on. There's so many factors that go into how much muscle a person can build that it's impossible to ever know for sure. It's like wondering if you've hit your peak as a natural: the answer is always NO because you'll never live long enough to find out.

I sympathize with anyone who struggles to pay for an epinephrine autoinjector, because it's not something that it's safe to try to go without. Also, pro-tip for my allergy friends: it's almost certainly safe to use an expired epinephrine autoinjector, as long as the solution inside is colorless, clear, and without visible particulates. Studies have found that epinephrine autoinjectors retain sufficient potency to remain effective for at least 50 months past their expiration date. If all you have is an expired EpiPen, use it and seek immediate medical attention. That said, considering her allergy is to Hymenoptera venom, it should be possible for her to simply avoid the offending insects until she's able to acquire an epinephrine autoinjector, particularly since the weather is growing cooler in the United States and it's not like these people ever go outside.

Despite the length and intensity of my sperging above, I don't actually give a shit about this crybaby moron or her completely pedestrian health concerns, but the cat situation really pisses me off for several reasons. First, yes, unexpected things happen, and good veterinary care is expensive. However, if you choose to have a cat with a preexisting health issue, like chronic kidney disease (CKD), it's pure neglect to fail to set aside at least a bit of money to cover sudden expenses related to emergent veterinary care. First and foremost, it's unfair to the animal. It's also inconsiderate to put a veterinarian in the position of having to choose between helping a suffering animal and keeping food on his own table. That's a shitty thing to do to someone.

Further, CKD is quite common in cats. While it's not curable, it is controllable, and especially if it's caught early, affected cats can have an excellent quality of life for years. If I were a betting Kiwi, I would wager that this gormless attention-seeker has not provided her cat with routine veterinary care and now he is beyond help. From the symptoms she describes, the cat is in the final stage of CKD, and even with heroic measures, he is unlikely to survive. He's certainly not going to have any quality of life, and I question the ethics of continuing to put him through undoubtedly futile treatment. He's sick beyond healing, and because of her selfishness and irresponsibility, he's spending his final hours trapped in an unfamiliar and stressful environment, in pain, being poked and prodded by strangers, suffering needlessly.

Even if she could afford the cost of emergency veterinary care, at some point, you are no longer doing things for the cat but doing things to him, and it's unbelievably cruel and selfish to continue. It makes it even worse that she's apparently expecting Internet strangers to pay her to effectively allow her cat to be tortured. He doesn't know why he was taken from his cozy safe home or what he did wrong to make everyone around him keep hurting him. He is trying to tell everyone that he is so very tired, and being the very good kitty I am sure he is, he deserves to rest now. He's completed his work here.

The humane thing to do in this situation is euthanasia, not thousands of dollars of pointless intervention. I've said this before, but owning an animal is not a human right. If you cannot afford veterinary care, you cannot afford to have a pet. I guess it sounds harsh, but (as you can probably tell) it really bothers me when people use poverty as an excuse to treat animals poorly and it disturbs me even more when they pursue invasive treatment like this for animals who cannot consent.
