I don’t see any actual coloboma at least in the left
I had a similar thought the last time this insufferable twat popped up here. I suppose in her defense it could be a coloboma of the retina, optic disc, or choroid. Actually, correct me if I'm wrong about any of this, but I think if she were smart about it, she'd claim a posterior coloboma, since those wouldn't be visible under most circumstances and are more likely to cause loss of vision.

I can't tell if she has a microphthalmos OD or if there's a mild facial asymmetry or ptosis that's giving the appearance of such. It is interesting to me that considering her extremely severe vision loss, she is able to look directly into the camera for photos and appears to be aware of and careful about positioning her face so it's difficult to be certain what exactly is going on with her eyes. What a hero.

Admittedly, the only things I know about ophthalmology are personally relevant and unrelated to developmental abnormalities of the eye itself. If I sound like an utter moron please tell me so I can flagellate myself appropriately.

Part 3 of my revised love letter to the queen of my heart Amanda Winig. This time she surely will see that I am the one for her! On our last episode Amanda took an internship at Disney World and by the end of her term she had decided to quit school and move down to Florida to work for the mouse permanently. She loves her job, loves her friends, and spends her days eating good food and taking advantage of the discounted travel opportunities Disney affords its CMs. We concluded with her family moving down to Florida just weeks before her beloved grandfather dies. And here's where we get to the fun part.

Have even more old pics from the Disney Era before we start. (I know my pfp is visible, that sock is already dead)

In the aftermath of Grandpa’s death Amanda and her roommates go out to see the musical Wicked. Look I’m gonna guess from her eyebags and haggard look that she really was upset and crying a lot in the days leading up to this and probably needed a distraction.
aw-post-1.pngaw-post-2.png

But a month later Amanda updates us to let us know that she has had a scary unexplained allergic reaction while out to dinner. She has one known food allergen but there’s no way it contacted her food (trust her. . . ) so she’s not sure why she reacted and is afraid it’ll happen again. She credits her roommate with saving her life with his quick thinking. She complains about epi-pen prices and how insurance won’t cover it and lets us know she’s been to the cardiologist and been prescribed the POTS medication midodrine.

Despite this harrowing experience, she goes to New Jersey to visit family a few days later.
aw-munchie-42.png

On the 16th of February her mother posts a GoFundMe Amanda wrote (deleted, and in 2019 I had to scroll all the way back to the date on her facebook page to even revive the intro text. They claim this new medical crisis is actually something that’s been building up for a long time and they need answers. Amanda will waffle on when exactly her symptoms started and what was the first thing that happened.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.22.52.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.22.58.png

A week later Amanda tells us she’s bought a puppy from Eagle Ridge, the dubious breeder that Jaquie got Harlow from. She also lets us know she has POTS and is “exploring an autoimmune disease” that showed up in her bloodwork. Guessing she got a high ANA which could mean something spooky or could mean she has an infection going on or is taking high doses of PPI antacids or some other drugs or literally nothing. A lot of healthy people have high ANA levels. She’s now claiming fatigue, joint pain, chest pain, and loss of her fine motor skills. She will be training Sadie in mobility assist, retrievals, syncope recovery, and hopefully alerts to her POTS episodes.
aw-munchie-9.pngaw-munchie-10.pngaw-munchie-11.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.09.17.png

Eagle Ridge did not just supply Harlow but a bunch of the other mutant goldens of the Florida SD community including Janiece’s dog Orion and Alex Moine’s mutant inbred freak Levi. They also apparently had some kind of breeder crossover with New Horizons Service Dogs, where a half a dozen of our girls have gotten program dogs, because Shelby once said that her dog Atlas and Harlow share a parent. In 2015 they tried to start up a service dog program with a pre-Harlow Jaquie as one of their dog trainers/puppy raisers along with Alex.
Screen Shot 2022-12-28 at 11.36.59 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-12-28 at 11.37.47 PM.png

Jaquie had a service goldendoodle named Oakly at the time, who was most likely trained in tandem with Susan Grill of Trained and Maintained. Allegedly they had a falling out because Jaquie did not believe in prongs and other correctives and Susan believed they were the only way to train a dog properly.
Screen_Shot_2023-06-06_at_7.07.28_PM.pngScreen_Shot_2023-06-06_at_7.10.40_PM.png

(This was actually her third service dog. Before Oakley she had an unnamed and never-seen “program-trained” GSD who bit her and a nurse within days of her receiving him and a rescue mutt named Osten who was too wild for Jaquie to handle and rehomed as a family pet)
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.27.12.pngScreen_Shot_2023-06-06_at_7.01.43_PM.png

In August 2015, she got Harlow from Eagle Ridge.
Screen Shot 2022-12-28 at 11.39.58 PM.png

Oakley retired either because of arthritis or a dog attack depending on what story Jaquie felt like telling and went to live with Janiece who continued to use him as a mobility service dog until she replaced him with Orion. Oakley went to live with Jaquie’s dad after Janiece retired him. He lived the rest of his short life as an “in-home service dog” because Jaquie’s dad had a stroke, but at least he wasn’t dragged out to Disney anymore.
1517205650878.jpg1517203530747.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 15.44.00.pngScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 15.44.31.pngScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 15.44.51.png

Jaquie was still puppy raising for Eagle Ridge but Harlow became social media famous for her cute disney training pics. As soon as Jaquie’s training dogs were matched (in the Eagle Ridge sense that the puppies knew basic obedience and some parlor tricks and got shipped to new owners) she focused all her attention on training Harlow and Eagle Ridge’s “program” kind of just fizzled out. As far as I know, Jaquie was running their instagram account which is why Harlow became the star. At least when Amanda bought Sadie they were still selling what other girls would call a started prospect – the dog might not work out but we’ve taught her some basic skills before sending her home. Now if you go on their website they just say this is basic puppy skills and socialization training before they go home rather than a service dog program.

Now you might think this has been a very fast decline from “nothing wrong” to “need service dog” and you are correct. When Amanda first started getting posted to LCF I went on a lil’ adventure through her instagram account to try to find any proof she was claiming illness before she got Sadie. I have very little in the way of evidence of this because I was not really archiving at the time but I’ve managed to dig up two screenshots I took that night. One is a normal cold she had in 2014 while working for Disney. I’m pretty sure the Disney parks are actually open-air bioweapon laboratories so the fact that she got one cold is incredible.
Screen_Shot_2023-06-03_at_11.25.12_PM.png

And the other one of her many attempts to lose weight and eat healthy. That was all I found in her entire account history.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.33.26.png

I did find this LCF Anon talking about something that verifies my memory: right before she got Sadie she made a joke Valentine’s post on her personal account calling it “singles awareness day.” IIRC it was a photo of chocolate-dipped strawberries or some other Valentines day sweet treat and a post about how you had to be kind to your single friends on this day. Then a week later, service dog with no warning. (Just as a heads up, theres going to be more “trust me bro” as we move forward. I can’t promise my memory is accurate on all this stuff but I tried my best to provide whatever proof I can.)
Screenshot 2023-09-19 at 19.51.20.png

By March 30, Amanda was tagging chronic migraines, chronic fatigue, EDS, gastroparesis, and MCAS on Sadie’s account an saying her face was bruised from falling during syncope episodes.
aw-munchie-12.pngaw-munchie-49.png

Ten days later, Sadie is home with Amanda and already being dragged to doctor appointments at 16 weeks old. Fibro and PCOS join the hashtag parade. She name drops her doctor, Dr. Craig Yunk at AdventHealth Orlando.
aw-munchie-13.pngaw-munchie-14.pngaw-munchie-15.png

And would you look at that. Amanda left us a review of this fine man in May. He has been the best most understanding doctor with her complex medical record and complex chronic conditions and has been honest when he just is all out of ideas for how to help her.
Screenshot 2023-09-14 at 15.54.45.png

Two weeks later she adds Idiopathic Hypersomnia. As a side sperg, most of the Florida spoonieverse got this diagnosis and I am convinced it was because they were trying to get Jaquie’s narcolepsy diagnosis but because they copied Jaquie’s description of this they got IH instead. Jaquie used to complain of falling asleep in busy environments and even that things like loud music and fireworks shows at Disney could trigger her “narcolepsy attacks” and that a nap did not feel refreshing to her but made her wake up even more tired. This is the opposite of real narcolepsy where brief naps are refreshing and recommended and stimulating environments help people stay awake. But since they all went to the doctor complaining of excessive daytime sleepiness in loud environments and naps that made them feel worse they got slapped with the less prestigious and frankly fake-sounding IH diagnosis.
aw-munchie-16.png

(I'm not the only one who noticed this.)
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.43.36.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.43.42.png

In May she lets us know she brought the puppy to Disney to meet “her boss” aka Mickey Mouse. Jaquie had a similar hot pink vest for Harlow when she was a puppy.
aw-munchie-17.png

She also had the same hot pink dog backpack we just saw Flirty wearing, with the same patch Jaquie had, of Cinderella’s castle with the text “I give her the strength to make her own magic.” It’s pretty common now but at the time, Jaquie claimed she had to have to have it custom made and IIRC there was some issue with the shop wanting to make it more widely available and Jaquie not wanting them to.
aw-munchie-52.png

She continues to test which rules apply to her, getting popped twice for traffic violations. The first in March for letting her registration expire for over six months. She pled no contest and provided proof of renewed registration a week later.
Screenshot 2023-09-19 at 18.41.31.pngScreenshot 2023-09-19 at 18.43.49.png

The second in July was for driving 20 miles over the speed limit. She was ordered to pay a bunch of fines and attend traffic school by 27 July 2017. She apparently blew it off because her license was briefly suspended.
Screenshot 2023-09-19 at 18.52.22.pngScreenshot 2023-09-19 at 18.56.08.pngScreenshot 2023-09-19 at 18.59.43.png

(She lived here at the time)
Screenshot 2023-09-19 at 18.55.39.png

Also on 27 July she watched a baby possibly die in the Target parking lot and tried to make it about her own medical conditions
Screenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.13.30.png

Amanda went home to Nebraska in July with her puppy in tow. She was interviewed by one of her former teachers and said that Sadie could now alert to both syncope and anaphylaxis despite being like six months old. Her teacher asks how she responds to people saying she doesn’t need a dog because she isn’t disabled and Amanda changes the subject. The leash she’s using is a Ruffwear Slackline, Jaquie’s favorite which she mentioned a bunch of times on her vlogs. (this is the first of several videos I know I fucking archived. I can see the completed downloads with the filename visible in the screenshot taskbar. But fuck me if I can find it after an hour of scouring every drive in my house and performing some kind of zombie resurrection on the laptop I had at the time. The above is from the notes I took while watching it in 2019.)
Screenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.12.54.pngaw-munchie-18.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.15.png

In August she was down to a healthy weight and in case there was any lingering doubt in your mind that she was absolutely skinwalking Jaquie, both Amanda and Sadie are wearing Jaquie’s Keep Moving Forward merch. I don't know why I cut the dates off these pics. Amateur hour for real.
Screen Shot 2019-07-26 at 18.56.35.pngaw-munchie-19.pngScreenshot 2023-09-19 at 19.21.36.png

Also in August, Amanda has a new roommate named Lisa who is also a service dog spoonie and also emulating Jaquie. Her insta handle was something like ChronicallyLisa. Here they are in Disney both crouching on the pavement in weather so hot the dogs need cooling vests and booties to protect them but there’s apparently no ill effects on our gals.
aw-munchie-20.png

They live in Lisa's house in Grand Island, Florida, not far from Cheyanne’s hometown of Umatilla.
Screenshot 2023-09-17 at 14.50.44.png

By this point it looks like she’s running to the ER all the time. These are undated selfies and snapchats she threw together in a compilation in December but we can roughly guess where they fall in the timeline due to Amanda’s dropping weight and Sadie’s size. We got some nebulizer treatments, the mandatory hot pink pulse ox from amazon, and some flushing she’s calling anaphylaxis.
aw-munchie-43.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.15.23.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.15.28.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.15.33.pngaw-munchie-44.pngaw-munchie-46.pngaw-munchie-47.pngaw-munchie-50.pngaw-munchie-51.png

I particularly love this one where she’s apparently trying to show off cyanosis but her face looks like a rubber mask and there’s no discoloration in her extremities.
aw-munchie-45.png

Plenty of dog pics in the mix too
Screenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.15.39.pngaw-munchie-53.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.15.43.pngaw-munchie-54.pngaw-munchie-56.pngaw-munchie-57.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.15.54.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.15.58.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.03.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.07.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.12.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.19.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.30.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.34.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.38.png

Aww look she finally got herself into that great new wardrobe she wanted to wear in Disney!
aw-munchie-55.png

And more anaphylaxis. Her allergy band says she’s allergic to clindamycin and midodrine, the POTS medication she previously told us she was taking.
aw-munchie-58.pngaw-munchie-59.pngaw-munchie-60.pngaw-munchie-61.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.16.42.png

All this leads up to getting a port installed in late August. From memory, she had a video on her youtube or insta back in 2017 where she was showing off how she changes her port needle, followed by a chimp out because some of her normie Disney friends got squicked out by all the medical shit.
aw-munchie-62.pngaw-munchie-63.pngaw-munchie-64.pngaw-munchie-65.png

Now showing off the vog mask and the illusion of a thigh gap. Later in Disney she does not need the mask anymore. Maybe she just took it off for a photo or maybe it’s because it was 98 degrees and 200% humidity because it’s Florida in the summer.
aw-munchie-66.pngaw-munchie67.png

And her weight continues to drop as she has a little personal funny moment with Jesus. That son of God is such a character!
aw-munchie-68.png

In Early September, Hurricane Irma struck Florida. It was a devastating Cat 5 storm that left over a hundred people deceased. The overwhelming majority of deaths happened in Florida, mostly from indirect causes (car accidents and carbon monoxide poisoning being the top two). Again, I know I saved this video somewhere but fuck me if I can find it after an hour of scouring the depths of my hard drives. Best I can do is a description from my notes of when it was still online. It’s a live video where she’s chatting with a few friends, including someone from home who thinks she’s in Grand Island, Nebraska and is very confused until Amanda specifies she did not evacuate. Amanda, Lisa, their two service dogs and Lisa’s other dog (a GSD or husky I think?) are sheltered in a closet under the stairs in their home. Lisa starts talking about how hot and stuffy it is in the closet and Amanda agrees but refuses to take off her hoodie and later says her flushed face is from MCAS. There’s an irritating noise in the background and Amanda lets us know it’s the dishwasher because they “ate food like normal people,” which she quickly amends with “Well I didn’t eat food like normal . . .” She mentions both of them are on sleeping medications normally but did not take them this day so they could monitor the storm. At one point they tried to take the dogs out for a potty break but the wind and rain were too bad and they herded the animals back inside. Amanda also tells people her mother is part of the ride-out crew who remained on Disney property during the storm because even though the parks were closed there were people sheltering-in-place in the resorts because of all the cancelled flights.
aw-irma.pngScreen Shot 2019-07-28 at 09.15.25.png

Amanda survives the storm. Initially they didn’t even lose power but eventually that failed too. She’s now tagging immunodeficiency, malnutrition, and malabsorption and says that she “naps” for 14+ hours a day.
Screen Shot 2019-07-28 at 09.14.06.png

She had a complete meltdown that she wasn’t the first in line to get her electricity restored because she was very heat intolerant, medically fragile and dependent on medications that needed to be refrigerated. IIRC Lisa was a T1D and if that’s true then she actually needed her insulin refrigerated, but Amanda’s just talking about her salt water. People point out that 2/3rds of the state lost power and the electric crews were working around the clock to restore it. Amanda responds in her typical bitchy way, about how she’s more important than all those 90 year old retirees because of her malnutrition and “a life threatening allergy disease activated by stress.” She ends her rant by telling the person to “delete yourself.”
aw-munchie-21.pngaw-munchie-23.pngaw-munchie-24.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.13.57.png

Mommy rescues her by finding a hotel and paying for it. Suddenly she’s extremely lucky the damage wasn’t worse and that her area fared pretty well compared to the Keys and Miami.
aw-munchie-25.pngaw-munchie-26.png

If it’s not obvious, Amanda isn’t working right now. She’s been on medical leave.
aw-munchie-22.png

The storm passes. Life goes back to normal and Amanda is finding her happiness.
aw-munchie-27.png

She ana-chan brags about how thin she is, saying she lost 50 lbs and ten sizes in the half-year since she started this. She now says she has hypoglycemia (eating disorder), malnutrition (eating disorder) and has been talking to her doctor about getting a tube (for her eating disorder)
1514644048082.jpeg1514644060909.jpg

In October she posts a novel for Dysautonomia Awareness Month. Tl;dr stop telling me it’s in my head because I’m super sick and I will NEVER get better.
aw-munchie-28.pngaw-munchie-29.pngaw-munchie-30.pngaw-munchie-31.png

Sadie retrieves Amanda’s lipstick bag but also we see Amanda has a rollator and uh oh. #j-tube #feedingtube #tubefed #tubefeeding #tubie #tubielife.
aw-munchie-32.png

Seemingly without so much as trialing an NJ she has gotten GJ surgery and is started right away on Creamy, Delicious Kate Farms, try it as a rat poison!
aw-munchie-72.pngaw-munchie-73.pngaw-munchie-74.pngaw-munchie-75.pngaw-munchie-77.png

She needs you to pay for it because insurance says it’s an over-the-counter medical food. She claims that she’s now lost over 70 lbs from her high weight. This is autistic as fuck but Jaquie didn’t like calling her formula formula or feeds and insisted on referring to it as “nutrition,’ even correcting people who used her non-preferred word, and so does Amanda consistently call Kate Farms her NUTRITION!!! Note that her location on the GFM is Grand Island, Fl but when she posts about it on the 13th her location is tagged as South Clermont, where her parents live. (another minor frustration i can tell from the second image that I had already archived this link and took the screenshot from the archive.today version because the tool bar visible at the border but even manually going back to the date doesn't bring up the archive.)
aw-munchie-33.pngScreen Shot 2019-07-28 at 08.42.46.pngScreen Shot 2019-07-28 at 08.41.58.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.15.08.png

There was a vlog where Amanda mentioned she had to move home because of her unhealthy living situation with Lisa. Like all her other illness vlogs it’s likely gone forever unless Amanda herself reuploads. Anons report that they only lived together for about a month before Amanda moved home. I never saw Lisa’s sicksta while it was active but I did see her on facebook a year or two later and she was at least keeping a low profile there if not completely over the munchie shit.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 21.38.20.png

Amanda runs her feeds it at an amazing 27mL/hr for an extra 650 calories a day if she’s running it non-stop. Realistically a few hundred. She’s got the vibedration bags that Jaquie was shilling at the time.
aw-munchie-76.png

During this time she posts a whole shitload of pics of her crouching next to Sadie or obviously crouching to take the photo. Sometimes she's even holding the dog.
aw-munchie-34.pngaw-munchie-69.pngaw-munchie-70.pngaw-munchie-71.pngaw-munchie-78.pngaw-munchie-79.pngaw-munchie-80.pngaw-munchie-82.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.14.41.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.14.48.png

Screenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.14.23.pngScreenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.14.31.png

And now we get to the real fun. By November 2017, Jaquie was the most discussed LCF munchie with her own threads dedicated to just her and her orbiters. Brave Souls Blankets, a brand popular with the spoonie set, ran a giveaway in Jaquie’s name and the winner was none other than Amanda.
aw-munchie-35.pngScreen Shot 2019-07-28 at 08.23.10.png

The nonnies have discovered the skinwalker and they are creeped the fuck out.

(this matches the kitchen at her parents' place, just for my own completionist sake)
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 22.42.22.png

She’s posting about getting a custom wheelchair and going back to work after being on medical leave for nine months, but also starting IVIG for her #immunodeficiency and #pots.
1510115596459.pngScreenshot 2023-09-19 at 19.50.54.png

The nonnies immediately start to cotton onto the obvious.
Screenshot 2023-09-19 at 19.51.13.png

And while digging, they find that Lisa refers to Amanda as “the Jaquie to my Janiece.”
Screenshot 2023-09-19 at 19.51.40.png

Since Amanda works at Disney they start to wonder if she’s seen Jaq, if they know each other, whether Jaquie hand-selected the winner of the Brave Souls contest or if she was just the big name attached to it, or if Jaq’s so self-involved she’s totally unaware and doesn’t even notice being Single White Femaled.

Amanda would like you to know you are just fat and jealous. I mean, she hates what this disease has done to her and would do anything to be better.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.35.51.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.35.57.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.34.22.png

This probably isn't the exact image they're talking about because the shirt is not Jaquie merch, it's Nebraska, but close enough.
aw-munchie-81.png

Anons go back in her account a bit to see that she’s been tagging Jaquie directly. From this we learn that her doctor wanted her to see a specific GI to get tubed and if not him, they’d direct admit her to do it at the hospital. Note that she’s complaining of muscle cramps and weakness.
1510410878819.jpg

One of Amanda’s more blatant skinwalker moments came on 11 November when she posted her new adjustable bed which she said she needed for reflux and joint pain. Fair enough but
1510451824678.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 17.44.08.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 17.44.24.png

Jaquie posted a blog on the 10th (filmed on the 9th) announcing she had gotten her own adjustable bed for the same reasons.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.09.58.png

She actually first mentioned it a month earlier in a vlog posted 16 October, giving Amanda a one-month heads up that she needed to get one too.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.10.20.png

Whether out of genuine confusion or sarcasm, someone posts “congratulations on your new bed Jaquie!” on Amanda’s photo. Amanda says she’s not Jaquie but concedes they’re “somewhat similar” and finds it very flattering that she’s being compared.
1510508516548.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 17.45.04.png

They continue to discuss the blatant skinwalking.

At this time Amanda was also vlogging. Amanda’s vlogs were so boring they made Jaquie’s look like a big-budget action film. Imagine all the repetition and needless medicalization of the mundane Jaquie did but instead of her wholesome, benign personality it was a shitty, smug clone who had the vocal inflection of a woman just breaths away from demanding to speak to your manager. But don’t take my word for it. Here’s the Nonnies discussing how Amanda was whiny and annoying but also creepy as fuck, where they point out she’s wearing Jaquie’s merch and also uses Mary Frey’s “don’t you think we’re better together?” line in her intro. Hilariously, they had been discussing for months how Jaquie cribbed most of her personality from Mary and was obsessed with emulating her.

So from memory and what’s left of her social media presence of the era, Amanda was running to her local ER all the time complaining of a kinked tube, intractable vomiting, and trying to get a low-profile mickey button instead of her “dangler” GJ tube. She posted a bunch of funny frownyface selfies when those doctors did not help. As you can see from her facebook reviews of doctors, she’s driving hours for appointments and quite the nasty piece of work when things don’t go her way. She’s suffering enough with these tonsils, she shouldn't be suffering with her doctor and office staff!!!
aw-munchie-83.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 17.52.49.png

Just in case there was any doubt in your mind what was going on here, yes Amanda is bulimic. Here she’s complaining that she vomits so much one of her teeth broke and had to be extracted, which she of course blames on her gastroparesis. It’s almost impressive to ruin your teeth that fast.
1513833246974.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.43.53.png

For Christmas she goes home to Nebraska with her family to visit the sister who remained in the midwest and her two nieces. She’s interviewed in local news about her health and Sadie. In this article she claims her problems started in December 2016 while on Instagram she was saying it was October 2016 that the symptoms started. The article also says she went from 190 lbs to 115 for a 75 lb loss and eats 500 calories on top of 1500 from her tube, that she has a new custom wheelchair (she actually hasn't gotten it yet) and that she was inspired to get Sadie after seeing another woman with POTS who had a service dog- Jaquie. Oh and more proof that this is bulimia: she was hospitalized after throwing up blood. The act of vomiting can cause small tears in the esophagus that lead to “fresh blood” in the vomit, but it’s way more likely to happen if you’re purging because of both the force and the fact that you have fingernails in your throat.

back home in Florida she's back at Disney.
Screenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.17.11.pngaw-munchie-39.png

She's been DISCRIMINATED against because she's in a televised Christmas event with Sadie and they make her sit off to the side instead of front and center. This was posted on fightlikeawarrior.org.

She’s gotten her tube changed out for the button she wanted and it starts a whole new plot line.
1515679785373.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.42.51.png

On December 27, Amanda goes to the ER at Florida Hospital Celebration for not tolerating her feeds, nausea, and vomiting. She was just there a few days ago and says her labwork was completely off including her potassium being critically low (purging). They prescribed her some unnamed medication which she didn’t want to take because of side effects but she does “for humor.” The doctor won’t do a blood draw to see what her labwork is currently looking like and “spoke down to her” while treating another woman “with the utmost respect.” She says, in conversation with Aubrey, that this ER is usually great with her MCAS reactions but this has been a problem for them. They agree she needs to go to a different ER next time. Amanda has now spilled out of the Jaquie thread and into Munchies General where they discuss how she’s running to the ER for her eating disorder. They suggest she’s sliding into a vaccine injury arc with the pins and needles/nerve pain talk.

The next day, still screeching about how this ER treated her. The nurse CRIED at how she was treated. LMAO Amanda ER nurses deal with babies coming in with no life signs, your hurty tummy did not break them. She was called a “chronic patient” and told she didn’t look sick but how can they even say that when she’s LOST weight since her tube was placed? She’s already anticipating that people will call her out for wasting ER resources on nausea but says her GI told her it was very concerning that she’s been this sick since her tube placement and now she can’t shit. She repeats that she’s had leg pain and pins and needles in her feet since getting her flu shot and it’s now moving up to her hands.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.36.18.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.36.25.png

The video this caption is from is lost to the ages but here’s a screenshot I would almost guarantee is from it. It was posted later in the LCF thread when talking about how Amanda’s lying about vomiting all the time (well now she was because she had her purge tube and didn’t need to anymore but no, Amanda was puking like crazy before she got it.) So from memory the video itself was her taking a video in the mirror showing that she bought kid leggings (which she claimed were the only ones that fit her because ana-chan brag) but they were too short. If she pulled them down to be the right length the crotch sagged and if she pulled them up to fit in the waist they became capris. Yeah hon those are cut for people a foot and a half shorter than you. Get some extra smalls at the wally-mart.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.36.42.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.36.49.png

She believes the tube change caused the problem. She thinks it’s now migrated to her stomach and therefore her j-feeds are no longer going into her jejunum and she’s angry the ER won’t even check the placement. Her potassium, magnesium, calcium, and protein levels are now low and she says she’s saying she’s in ketosis “again.” She claims she was in ketoacidosis before. She’s still eating and trying to make healthy balanced meals but… and then the screenshot cuts off. Damn you, people from 2018! Don’t you know that’s my queen!? Every word she utters is sacred an worthy of immortalization!
1514630240491.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.16.26.png

30 December 2018 she’s admitted to a different hospital (Morton Plant in Tampa, where Jaquie and the other Trevino girls frequently went because the Good Doc has privileges there) and still complaining that she had to wait for a room. With her Brave Souls blanket and her dramatic black and white filter activated she lets us know that she’s going to start TPN, but she just needs to wait for a specially formulated blend to be prepared because suddenly she’s allergic to soy. Gonna guess it was an “MCAS reaction” that caused that one.
1514614629788.jpeg

Awww remember when people believed Aubrey’s cancer? Aubrey claimed she had a pancreatic neurendocrine tumor and was being treated for cancer. Since the mass was being removed and she got a port at the same time, people gave her the benefit of the doubt that it was a case where a munchie actually has something really wrong. Then people started asking questions like what specific type of tumor it was and what grade and what specific treatments she was having for it and she couldn’t answer. She probably had a benign mass that was removed out of an abundance of caution.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.16.38.png

In light of the TPN revelation, Anons start digging through Amanda’s account to prove that this was all an ED. They mention her being obsessed with showing off her thigh gap and complaining about needing extensive dental work, which they correctly guess is from puking the enamel off her teeth. Also someone says that TPN does not have soy so that’s a lie.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.17.05.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.17.11.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.17.44.png

She has a reaction to her TPN. It’s fixed with a dose of IV benadryl and a nap.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.45.02.png1514695673802.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.45.13.png

She’s complaining of more neurological issues and has a lumbar puncture done to rule out real spooky shit like meninigitis. She claims she has a terrible headache, double vision, legs so weak they buckle and almost collapse as she stands and dizziness so bad she can’t safely walk to the bathroom, but no one on staff will help her get there safely. Is this safe @mpmfoundation?!?! Hospitals usually really err on the side of caution w/r/t not wanting you to get out of the bed and fall. I can only imagine she hit the call button every 10 minutes demanding things and they started to ignore her. She starts begging for company.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.45.21.png

She advised her doctor that the medication they tried to give her had averse effects in the past, girl you are not a medical professional, you have an associates in applied arts that took you five years to earn, sit the fuck down. After taking it anyway she has pain in her chest that “riddled” her unable to move, god I love her terrible writing. She gets worked up for a possible heart attack. #brokenheart #heartbroken.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.27.45.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.51.18.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.51.25.png

Anons point out that anyone who complains of the symptoms she was complaining of will get worked up for a heart attack just in case and if she’d actually had one she’d be in the ICU wired to the tits. According to one anon, who of course couldn’t be assed to post an image to an imageboard, she was saying she lost feeling in her legs and no one could explain why or if she would ever get it back.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.51.30.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.51.35.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.51.41.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.51.46.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.51.53.png

Over on facebook she celebrates a year of faking sick. Her medical leave has been extended. This is the source for those “anaphylaxis” photos up yonder. Amanda posted a short reel of her snapchat highlights for the year which is where a bunch of the undated pics came from.
aw-munchie-41.pngaw-munchie-84.png

She’s had anaphylaxis to a banana and is finally getting those pesky tonsils out after chimping out that the other doctor blew her off. Anons point out that if she has having nearly the problems she’s complaining of they’d have her in a gown for fast access, not her street clothes.
1515166631986-1.jpg1515166642671.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.52.37.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.52.45.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.52.50.png

She has blood patch procedure for her lumbar puncture headache and they try to take out her defective GJ tube. She claims the tube is “stuck” after being coiled in her stomach and she begged them to stop, so she’s still living with a broken tube. So for those keeping track at home: the munchie with the severe restricting/purging ED has a “reaction” to TPN which had to be stopped, “anaphylaxis” to whatever food they bring her, can’t tolerate her feeds at even a very low rate, and screamed when they tried to replace the feeding tube she swears is defective with one that works.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.55.19.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.55.24.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.55.30.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.55.37.png

Hi Anon the answer is “mommy takes photos for her”. We’ll get into it when it becomes more relevant but Amanda and her mom have a very unhealthy codependent relationship and it’s why her munching reached turbo speed as soon as she left the apartment she was sharing with Lisa and moved home. The anons realize her family is from Nebraska but haven’t figured out mommy and daddy moved to Florida at the end of last year and Amanda now lives with them and her younger brother Josh.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.55.43.png

In what is perhaps the highlight of her spoonie career, Jaquie herself responds to Amanda’s pleas for visitors and vlogs the occasion. Amanda gets to pet Harlow and play a round of Trouble, Jaquie’s favorite hospital pastime. Jaquie whines in this video about her feeding tube pain. A few days later they did the Roux-en-Y surgery to separate her G and J tubes and she very soon after became addicted to pain killers.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.56.16.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.56.22.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 18.56.27.png

People point out that being near Amanda shows just how healthy Jaquie is. Jaquie was also claiming serious malnutrition and trying to get on TPN at the time and saying she can’t run her feeds. Amanda has actually lost substantial amounts of weight, her hair has thinned, her teeth are breaking, and her skin is grey.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.36.46.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.36.53.png

Meanwhile amanda is not-bragging about consuming less than 300 calories a day, much of which she purges anyway.
1515453072322.jpg

After two weeks of making herself the squeakiest wheel, the nurses are ignoring Amanda’s constant complaining about everything. She has a migraine from the incessant beeping and no one will make it stop!!! Both her own comments section and the anons tell her that the nurses are busy taking care of people who are actually sick and she needs to stop acting like an entitled cunt to them. People suggest she’s either exaggerating the wait time or such a colossal bitch screaming all day over everything that no nurse even wants to enter the room. Probably both tbh.
1515453231597.jpg1515454441931.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.38.19.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.38.46.png

She’s discharged home with a “useless” G-tube and will be going back to a different hospital to get her GJ replaced in a few days. Anons speculate she might have left AMA when she realized she wasn’t getting what she wanted.

1515634977914.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.40.23.png

People can’t figure out how we went from “dying, need TPN” to “discharged with G-tube and hanging out at the beach” in a few days. They suspect Morton Plant realized she’s just an ED case and sent her home with the g-tube just to keep the stoma open/avoid another surgery because her regular GI might tube her again.
Screenshot 2023-09-21 at 03.27.44.pngScreenshot 2023-09-21 at 03.27.58.pngScreenshot 2023-09-21 at 03.28.04.png
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 19.40.47.png

just for the record, Jaquie also got TPN for like three days when her GJ tube was broken, but this was four months after Amanda pulled it off.

She’s back at Florida Hospital “fixing the intentional actions of the other hospital that knowingly left a piece of medical equipment I could not use in my body not providing a means of nutrition so I would continue to fall malnourished.” Lmao god she’s so horrible, I love her so much. and she was AWAKE for it! It was excruciatingly painful and she was hyperventilating!

Screenshot 2023-09-21 at 00.09.17.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.41.39.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.47.49.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.41.44.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.41.50.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.41.59.png

She had to go to Florida Hospital Orlando to find a competent doctor to replace her tube under sedation.
image2.jpg

She’s claiming that epinephrine causes bradycardia in her (and only her) and she spent the whole time she was in the hospital educating everyone on how to treat her, personally, because she’s special and unique and different from every other patient with these conditions. “Sometimes my best isn’t good enough for some doctors and they choose to give up on me. . . I was raised with enough sass in my bones to say “to Heck with you!” and find a new doctor who’s willing to give the extra mile for me as grueling and energy draining as that process may be.” And confirming she uses MCAS to shut down any treatment she doesn’t want like cheyanne did.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.42.08.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.42.14.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.42.20.png

And she’s still bulimic. She curls up to sleep with a big warm bag of stomach contents.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.42.25.png

This was for a long time my favorite picture of her. Fake sleeping, claiming she’s in such immense pain all she can do is curl up like this after hours of agony but really just trying to show off how small she is now and how much weight she’s lost. It’s perfection. You’ll notice while she’s still talking joint and muscle pain we’re no longer hearing about the loss of sensation, weakness, and pins and needles.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.42.32.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.42.38.png

And she’s saying in the two weeks prior to her hospitalization she lost another 15 lbs bringing her down to 105.
1516337137206.jpeg1516337056113.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.42.51.png

I promise this is not me. This person never posted a timeline of her vs. Jaquie. Needless to say pretty much everything Amanda’s done up until now, Jaquie did a few months before she did. It’s kind of funny that at the time this behavior was so wild people called her the skinwalker and the single-white-female but just a few months later “copying Jaquie” became “yeah well obviously, they all are.”
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.42.57.png

Amanda is back at Disney after her harrowing near death experience.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.43.05.pngScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 15.24.02.png

Not working quite yet though. She’d been cleared to return to work with the dog but now she’s getting a wheelchair. She’s been waiting to find out if they can accommodate that. At the Polynesian where she works, the concierge in the lobby stands, but there’s two club level buildings that each have their own seated concierge desks and I know for a fact that they used to (and maybe still do) have a wheelchair user working in one of those concierge positions. I believe club level concierge is a promotion because the customers staying in those buildings are paying way more than the average. They’re like, the suites with the nice balconies where you can watch the fireworks from your room so it would make sense that they want only the best of the best there and Amanda might not make the cut. Therefore it makes sense if the argument was over whether they put a seated desk she could use her wheelchair at in the lobby or if she got a de facto promotion to club level. Speculation, of course, we have no idea what was really going on and Amanda lies. Look how thin her hair is even with the filters.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.43.13.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.43.19.png

Apparently they really did not want to do it and tried for other options, but they eventually agreed to modify a desk for her on advice of an accommodations representative. The comments make it sound like Sadie was the issue but that’s not it. Also lmao @ four service animals all working at Ticket & Transportation Center. HR had to know it was a trend with maybe one legitimate SD handler and a bunch of girls who wanted to be special but they couldn’t say a damn thing.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.43.25.png

February 6 she posts about how she was told she was quite literally starving to death and needed a feeding tube placed. Thank you Kate Farms for saving her life!!! And it was this vlog, this video, that turned me into the Kate Farms Shill. I still can clearly hear her voice saying, “with my Mic-key button, and my Kate Farms nutrition, I’m fighting back.” Like it was a sponsored ad except it wasn’t. Kate Farms was notorious for hashtag hunting for tubies to send samples and affiliate links to but in this case, Amanda picked it entirely because it's what Jaquie had. I was so extremely amused by the idea that these girls were influencers for a feeding tube company and that furthermore this one was merely aspiring to be one that I named myself Kate Farms Shill.
Screenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.17.05.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.44.23.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.44.45.png

And here was my first profile pic, a screencap I took from the video.
Screen_Shot_2018-02-21_at_22.55.44.png

Here’s the insta posts she made to promote it, showing the same outfit. My god what I wouldn’t give to see that video again. I bet it’s nowhere near as delightful as I remember it being so maybe it’s best left in my memory.
image1-1.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.44.38.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.44.31.pngScreenshot 2023-09-21 at 00.47.37.pngScreenshot 2023-09-21 at 00.48.37.png

Her sister posts this old pre-ED pic for dysautonomia awareness. I'm sure Amanda was thrilled to have her fat pics revived.
Screenshot 2023-09-17 at 23.17.46.png

Another video gone forever. She really was an entitled piece of shit on youtube and impossible to watch. Even too much for me sometimes. Shelby takes her dog to Disney and a video of Atlas’s interactions with Pluto goes viral. Amanda had posted a very similar video and photo the day before and no one gave a shit (except me, I always gave a shit about what Amanda posted). Also notice she’s at a restaurant and also crouching down while claiming she needs TPN and a custom chair.
1516762244029.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.43.52.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.44.03.png

Once again, people start saying that all these girls have to be seeing the same doctor. Thus did Amanda become a catalyst in figuring out who Jaquie was seeing and getting her toys from.
Screenshot 2023-09-18 at 17.42.07.png

Amanda is tired of the #cyberbullies in her Sarahah pointing out that she has an ED and copied her personality wholesale from Jaquie. The pic was a body check if you couldn’t tell.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.45.11.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.45.18.pngScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 17.48.18.png

SHE DOESN’T HAVE AN EATING DISORDER HOW DARE YOU. The rest of the post says she does: she had body image issues but “was able to overcome them’ and she has all kinds of malnutrition and vitamin deficiencies to prove it. Her muscle is gone and her bones are dissolving.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.45.25.png1518381388889.pngScreenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.45.36.png

(I am pretty sure this highlighted comment is me lmao. I mostly lurked but I vaguely remember drunkenly popping off at people for saying Amanda wasn't worth discussing)
Screenshot 2023-09-18 at 17.48.56.png

People point out that normal sick people who lose weight from their illness don’t post constantly post body checks.
Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 23.45.42.png

On February 15 she gets her custom chair. It’s a Tilite Aero Z and of course everyone points out it’s the same model Jaquie has and that it’s a weird back for an EDS patient.
Screenshot 2023-09-21 at 01.07.20.png1518736516871.jpgScreenshot 2023-09-21 at 01.07.34.pngScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 18.10.06.pngScreenshot 2023-09-21 at 01.07.28.pngScreenshot 2023-09-21 at 01.07.41.png

Also in the side view you can see there’s a folding Drive off the rack clunker in the background. People wonder why she couldn’t use that one at work and why we’ve never seen her in it.
Screenshot 2023-09-21 at 01.07.48.pngScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 18.13.27.pngScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 18.13.47.png

She's skinwalking herself.
1517534633167.pngScreenshot 2023-09-18 at 16.14.35.png

Then LCF admin banned munchie topics for moderation issues and excessive blogging. There was an attempt in IF’s early days to introduce Amanda as a topic there with the conversation revolving around how Amanda skinwalked Jaquie too. Amanda fired back at her critics on Insta saying she was nothing like Jaquie. Couldn’t you see she was W O R K I N G (she has a job) unlike Jaquie. Importantly, she says she’s had a very serious issue since the start of the year and that, not just her POTS and EDS, is why she needs the wheelchair but her critics don’t know anything about that.
1519181980171.jpegdmftz12gq2j01.jpg

But I do. Two separate people - one who proved she knew Amanda and another who leaked me things that proved she was at least friends with one of Amanda's friends - told me nearly the exact same story unbeknownst to each other and therefore I consider it as close to true as one can get. There is some proof that this is what happened that falls later in the story: When Amanda was hospitalized in January she complained of muscle weakness, pins and needles, and nerve pain, and one of the things she was tested for was Guillaine-Barre syndrome, an autoimmune demyelinating polyneuropathy. She apparently told Jaquie that she was being tested for this or that she had it and Jaquie, always looking for her next big thing, asked Amanda too many questions and started alluding to having similar issues (the AFOs for foot drop, et al). Amanda realized the skinwalker was about to be the skinwalkee and suddenly HATED Jaquie and started claiming Jaq was copying her.

Just a big shout out to the Lolcow Farmers for archiving as much as they did while her insta was active. I will always wish there was more but I'm always grateful there wasn't less.

"Adverse effect" is actually the correct term. You can be averse to brussels sprouts because they give you the adverse effect of horrible gas.

LMAO I'm the asshole that used the wrong word. Don't drink and dox fellas. Joke's on me because I was just laughing at her trying to sound educated and like she's much smarter than she is, not suggesting she used the wrong word..

Oops, sorry; nuance lost on my part.

I understand that completely, though: there's a difference between patients who happen to work in healthcare using industry terms, and patients who are using jargon for leverage. It's hard to articulate, and sometimes it can be hard to catch... until you're two sentences deep in a conversation and you realize "oh yeah she's not a crazy coworker, she's just crazy."

So this person came across my insta by loving some of my stuff with my service dog in it.
Her insta is sus to me due to the lack of actual people (though no other "spoonies/munchies")

she shows a video of an FND seizure and I know FND isn't one size fits all but when my legs start shaking like that and I don't sit down immediately I fall tf down. (Safest is to get against a wall and slide on down asap. Was taught that immediately by first responders)

She doesn't really talk about issues causing FND unless I missed over it. I dunno just what in my mind is basic things if one wants to make a healthgram/tok ... it just makes me really really uncomfortable. I'm not good at cross referencing or finding someone else's social media's and what not.

Are you asking if she's a munchie? This screenshot alone is sufficient evidence for me to say almost undoubtedly yes.

Yea pretty much. I'm not sure about others with FND because welllll we're already mentally ill and I know the muscular, aphasia, and even hearing issues that happen over time without correct treatment of PT, OT, & ST. FND (imo) makes you feel even crazier because panic attacks stop being like everyone else's and turn into this weird my body isn't working what's wrong with me issues.

I however have not taken pictures (except privately) of any assistance devices except my dog (because dog) since it's embarrassing af to use them under 50 years old. I get yelled at by Dr's for not using them and falling.

I feel weird saying someone has fictitious disorder when I have questioned myself if I had it before my dx when a neuro does a full assessment it can take several years for proper dx. When you go through actual trauma therapy it gets hella worse before it gets better.

I have noticed one thing a lot of the women here who claim fnd don't really talk about. Peeing on themselves during attacks or the functional seizures.

Why is it always the FND people who shit this thread up about how they're nothing like the munchies? These things aren't mutually exclusive. You can have a legitimate diagnoses, be receiving appropriate treatment for it, and still be a dramatic attention seeker. Or as our friend @behavioral swamp thang put it:

"Dynamically disabled" hahaha. I get that the intention was probably like "wildly wacky creative gorl" but it reads just like "I pick how disabled I am."

I guess it is funny that I took this guy for his word on the epilepsy but now that he's talking about FND (and FND service dog???) and having a sperg-out moment, I don't really know. I try not to be paranoidly suspect that everyone is a lying poser online because things really do happen IRL.... but look where that gets me.... The cat schizoshitposters, they'd never lead me astray like this.

From experience with fake-fakie-fakers, the more hardcore ones will absolutely pee on themselves and even play it as a trump card sometimes. When you think about it, peeing on yourself is very much voluntary compared to various involuntary reflexes that go out the door while seizing. And it also forces people around you to play their hand. People can ignore you pretending to have a seizure by spacing out/freezing up, but if you piss yourself you've now caused a bigger issue. And if people continue to not give you what you want, you can start claiming you're being neglected because how dare they.

Same with vomiting, especially "throwing up blooood!" Guess what, if you force yourself to vomit with some implement, you might throw up blood... but the doctors still won't give you what you want.

Another thing people commonly lie about because they think they can use it as trump card.... falls. Another "I am entitled to attention because I say this happened" thing. I'm totally sure your doctor yelled at you to use that pink rollator and wheelchair because you had a fainting spell at your parent's house when they told you to not put your dog in that silly Etsy vest with the patches. I'm totally sure you didn't sit and tell him for five minutes how your bullshit therapist said it's appropriate, and then he said "well ok do what your therapist says and stop bumping your head on shit, idc you bought it with your own money anyways."

People seeking drugs will crush or burn themselves for more pills. Drug addiction is curable and many people recover. Extremely strong cluster B personality disorders? You'll meet 10 recovered fent addicts before you'll meet 1 person who becomes a totally non-cluster-B person. If you think, "A munchie would never want to do THAT!" I recommend Kelly Ronagan's thread, where she literally picks at her legs until they rot and die and are cut off, and has currently moved on to her teeth.

tldr:

"I fell over, pissed myself, and threw up bloooood!" can mean "I purposefully fell over, purposefully pissed myself, and made myself puke to get attention." None of those are trump cards that people often think they are: get back to me when I can poke your eyeball and tickle the back of your throat without you reacting. Also these details are often left out because it makes them look nasty, especially if at the end of the day it is ratted out as a behavioral event. Instead you get vagueposting about "doctors no care 4 me :("

No, it means "pick how disabled I am." It was actually meant to describe things like autoimmune conditions where there really is a relapsing-remitting component but of course munchies have coopted it to mean "this is why I can run a 5k tomorrow but need a wheelchair to go to the grocery store today."

Oh gosh.....
I thought this was a quirky unique profile description, not something that someone is trying to make "a thing."
My conditions, a combination of genetic and autoimmune disorders, fluctuate in severity over time. Symptoms come in flares that may last weeks or months. My musculoskeletal pain may be unbearable one week and only a soft ache the next. The symptoms of my autoimmune disease can be agonising for months, then quieten down for the same amount of time. Along with many other disabled people, I have a specific identity which evades the usual rigid definitions of disability: I’m dynamically disabled.

'Dynamic disability', in opposition to 'static disability', was popularised by Brianne Benness, host of the chronic illness podcast No End in Sight, who started using the term in 2019. Brianne explains that many disabled people she’s spoken with "described feeling like it wasn’t fair to self-identify as disabled, to take up space in disabled communities, specifically because their experiences fluctuated so much."
If you're worrying about the "disabled community" and your "disability identity" you're doing something wrong.

I get that it can be hard for someone with IBD to get the office to understand that they can have a bad shittin' day one day and then be okay the next, but they still aren't cured. But if someone says "are you better today?" you still say "Yes I do feel better today." If you're getting angsty because you want them to still 'recognize your identity as disabled', you're doing something wrong. Talking about the office watercooler talk and social status, not "HR wants to remove my accommodations."

Wait until they find out that pretty much every old person is like this and has good days and bad days for their arthritis and other pains.

At least it's not as stupid as "spoon theory."

(dumb?) question: how often do they actually show red/blood-coloured vomit? Especially since id assume you can fake it by swallowing dye (edit: or something like that) before forcing vomit

Swallowing dye would be incredibly obvious. Bright red blood streaks/spots in vomit generally means you tore your throat up a little bit which can happen if you're forcing yourself to vomit repeatedly. Bleeding in the stomach will more result in gross "coffee ground" vomit. Google for pictures if you want. I don't want to lol. This is my total laymen's explanation from frontline exposure to bullshit. I am no professional or anything medically related.

If they're bitching about it 3 months later on the 'gram that "I WAS PUKING BLOOOOD AND NO ONE CARED" it was probably a lie. If they're talking about how they brought in pictures to their doctor it was probably real. It's a pretty common story embellishment, where reality is warped from "my tummy hurt" to "I threw up" to "I was puking blood for three hours" through cluster B mind powers.
