They are called debt streamers and will borrow gold from viewers and go into debt. Like thousands of dollars into debt. There is a guy who lose billions of gold which if converted to USD if you purchased the gold would be like 300k. 300k in debt from fake money in a video game from his viewers. Sound familiar to someone we know? BMJ just transferred his Runescape gambling to actual gambling.
OSRS gold has tangible value if it's RWT. I don't keep track of prices although I know it's much lower now compared to years ago, but a quick search for 1M of gold is around 20 cents. He lost 30B. I wouldn't be happy either if it was gone in an instant.

Seems it's because they have company coming over at that point in time, the dogs barked about 5 minutes later so I presume that was the guest arriving.
His dad had obviously asked him nicely to keep it down, he lasted being quiet after this for ~5 before once again shouting loudly repeatedly, even his own chat is reminding him to keep it down.
Once the guest leaves I think his dad might actually flip his shit, probably won't do it whilst they have company.
