It absolutely does. Roughly 1% of circumcisions cause complete impotence. This doesn't even get into all of the other problems Americans think are normal (painful erections, reduced sensitity, chafing/needing lubricant for sex). Babies also die from circumcision though that is extremely rare in a hospital setting.
