I can't remember if it was Iversen or fill-in host Craig "Pasta" Jardula, but they made the claim that several harder-left leaning creators were offered deals by Rumble but were turned down because of Rumble's reputation for platforming the alt-right.
Just anecdotes, but some suggestions that Nick's chances of a Rumble renewal are better than previously thought if A) they aren't monitoring their creators and B) they are having trouble giving money away.
That doesn't have anything to do with Nick though. There is no indication that Rumble is having problems giving money to streamers currently or formerly associated with the right.
The problem for Rumble is that they have a multi-billion dollar valuation and you can't sustain that valuation by being the cesspool that political streamers go to when they become too toxic for YouTube's advertisers. That's why they're trying to hard to pay to bring in apolitical content creators, and based on what you're saying they're trying to bring in left-leaning creators too.
At least for Nick two of Rumble's bigger stars ended up having bigger skeletons in their closet than Nick did, so his total beclowning of himself over the last year almost looks good by comparison.
She says Rumble has never made any demands wrt editorial content. But similarly, they've never given any feedback re: her viewership numbers or if she had a particular good show.
Food for thought with the general consensus here that Rumble isn't happy with Nick's editorial change or numbers.
It's one thing if Rumble has never provided additional analytics to the people they have contracts with, but I really doubt that Rumble is giving out 6- or 7-figure contracts with content creators without even having any metrics they can look at internally to determine whether those contracts were generating the level of growth on the platform needed to make them worthwhile.
