Oh lol. Just like the "losers and suckers" remarks that totally happened, huh? I'd actually love to see footage of Trump berating Milley Cyrus à la Mel Gibson, ngl.

At this point, if you want me to believe that Trump said or did anything untoward, imma need unmistakable photo/video/audio evidence. Without that, I'm just going to immediately dismiss it as more lies motivated by desperation to "get Trump," as their efforts from 2015-present have clearly failed. Like the boy who cried wolf, the media has destroyed any and all trust/respect/credibility I might've held towards them, and they no longer get the benefit of the doubt. It's the grave y'all chose, so lie in it.
If this really happened, then Trump would be (sadly) right. It is undeniable that no one wants to see the wounded vets from their own country,

They tried this before but it's not believable. We've seen Trump with the soldiers, both normal and injured, and we've seen him with the mentally retarded and they loved him.

This is Milley trying to fight back now that he's retired, where he's going to pretend he's not a failure of a General and the military totally isn't woke and can win any war and he'd never sell us out to Chyna, honest.

It might have been mentioned already, but the black Democratic mayor of Dallas just switched his party affiliation to Republican without any prior warning or lead-up. Now Dallas Democrats are screeching about how he's a race traitor turncoat betraying the heavily Democratic city. This mayor can't run for reelection due to term limit and he has publicly stated that he is changing zero of his policy priorities or platform, so the switch is basically meaningless, with many people thinking he's done it to try to make a run for governor as a Republican. Fortunately he hasn't fooled too many conservatives, though there are a few smoothbrains who are giddy with excitement about how he's seen the light and been converted to the right side.

I had a brief conversation with this mayor at a meeting a few years ago. He's a career politician through and through, and this team switch was unexpected but ultimately in character.

They probably don't want to see them but they need to see them. War has a price no matter how great of a motive or justification it has and the wounded, amputated, and burnt survivors of it are the living cost that can't just be consigned away to oblivion like those who die in the line of duty whose death is forgotten a week after it occurred.

While what Trump said can't be verified at the very least people like that veteran shouldn't have their existence or presence marginalized for showing the ugly reality of putting on your body on the line rather then the romanticized reality where everyone fights, no one dies, gets their glory and medals and comes home unharmed.

When you say this is in character, do you mean that he has a knack of recognizing which way the winds blow and is willing to do full 180's if it's the best way to tack it?

It means Fox is still desperately trying to push DeSantis or Haley and were stupid enough to think a MAGA district would give them the soundbytes they wanted of disenchanted former Trump supporters.
This is Montana in the 2020 presidential election.

The long skinny county bordering WY/ID is Gallatin County. Bozeman is the county seat and it's largest city. Between that and the very ad hoc nature of the interviews, I think this guy was legitimately surprised while talking to patrons.
it's just the other side of the uniparty's mouth.
No argument from me. Maybe that it always has been.

It's been really understated but Bruen might be Trump's legacy in 100 years. It has carried its weight 100x over in a very short period of time. It has led to more policy reversals than Roe v. Wade getting overturned.
California's ban on magazine capacity over 10 rounds was just struck down by the 9th and completely dismantled, partly due to Bruen, but also partly because it's always been self-contradictory bullshit.

It have been the case since Columbine when all of the cops waited outside for Klebold and Harris to offed themselves before going in.
Columbine was a weird case where they didn't see it before. They assumed it would turn into a hostage situation and have time to negotiate. Uvalde happened recently, so we now have SOP.

I didn't realize some states had term limits for mayors.

Except it wasn't as the United States had previous massacres of this nature happening before. The San Ysidro McDonald's massacre in 1984, Luby's shootings in 1991, and the maybe, maybe not University of Texas Tower shooting in 1966. If anything Columbine was the break in SOP as each of the above the cops ran in to stop the shooters as soon as they heard what was happening. Not sit around waiting for the hostage negotiators and/or SWAT to eventually show up and do nothing.

Dems have got to be internally hitting the panic button. Their judas goat DeSantis is only running in theory. The media's wall of silence has failed on every major issue and the normies are becoming aware we're fucked. The poll numbers for Trump v Biden are collapsing out from under them as we speak. Also they say it's an outlier but I'm pretty sure Trump's hit 50% a few times this month, which he NEVER did in 2016 or 2020.

A year might as be infinite amounts of time in politics but yeah, expect more indictments next week. I'd be surprised if we're not approaching "fuckit lets send American troops into Ukraine" levels of desperation soon.

How many days do they have left to replace Biden on the ballots? Or at least get their parachute candidate on the ballots so they can do the swap later?
