You should go visit a college city or live in DC for a few years. Then you can personally meet some of the people who spit on us and want to manage us like cattle. HINT: They don't go to Temple.
You believe Zelensky is practicing? This has nothing to do with Judaism.

I've never met a single dude who thinks that. Patrick Bateman is a worthless, uselless piece of shit.

As far as I've seen, rarely were Patrick Bateman memes about violence. It was usually meme fodder. A Man dancing to an 80's song before axing a Man in the face because he was able to get reservations at a restaurant. I thought it was always commentary of the absurdity of Western consumerism and society. Bringing up that people tacitly look the other way if the truth becomes too inconvenient for them and you have good enough presentation or money.

I always thought it wasn't about the character himself, but the realizations he makes about wider society, and societies reactions to encountering him. He's become a symbol of that sort of nihilism.

As Bateman says in the end "Inside doesn't matter". Only what you present to others.

Thoughts on these lists fellas ? I'd like to get the man hate thread's participants' thoughts for the films on the right if I wasn't threadbanned.

My immediate reaction to this was:
  • Why the hell is point break on both lists lmao
  • I love how half the films on "Men will never understand core" are about sex and relationships
Her is quite cringe, its like an avant garde movie about a mans relationship with a woman from a mens perspective filtered through a womans perspective ie what a woman thinks a man would think if hes in a relationship with an AI.
Taxi Driver and Falling Down are essentially the same movie with subtle differences, I wouldnt put both of them on the same list.
Apocalypse Now and Full metal Jacket are not "Mens movies" although Full metal Jacket was Kubricks attempt at preaching about the vietnam generation and how they were spoilt brats.
I would replace Dead poets society with Good will Hunting cause I found that to be more personally relatable but thats just me.
I would add Dirty Harry and Unforgiven to complete the Eastwood kino trilogy.
Drive is cringe
Replace Last Samurai with something else, Seven Samurai is already there so I would probably add Yojimbo which is the defacto anti hero archetype movie.
I would replace Whiplash with the episode from the Boondocks where Riley learns painting from Blonde Bob Ross. Its simple, more emotionally resonant, not as long and communicates basically the same thing.
Replace Zulu with some other Michael Caine adventure movie from that time, probably man who would be king. Remove Lawrence of Arabia as well cause its basically the same thing.
Shawshank is fine but I feel it loses its value the more you watch it.
2001 is unnecessarily complex and boring.
Bridge on River Kwai is fine, pretty good movie.
There will be Blood seems out of place, you may sympathize with Day Lewis's character but towards the end nobody likes him.
I like Raiders and Last Crusade more than Blade Runner as Harrison Ford man movies, but thats just me.
Ive not watched the rest, I cant even read some of the titles.
Also add Fight Club and some fun war movie, probably Inglourious Basterds or where Eagles Dare or Kelleys Heroes, something like that. Some other 70s American Western too, probably Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, the best movie starring Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise before they got an acting career. Maybe Marty as well from 1955 which is the only romance movie which seems well done from both the man and the womans perspective, the only normal rational whitepill romance movie ive seen.

Havent seen most of the stuff on the womans list except night porter, most of it seems like arthouse emo faggotry.
Night porter itself is just borderline porn, its like fifty shades of grey set in Nazi Germany where a concentration camp guard fucks a jewish woman, which is what the movie is about. I saw it cause I was looking for Nazisploitation films to watch to supplement my Wolfenstein addiction at the time.

Edit: I almost fucking forgot, add The Great Escape to the list. Thats a fucking right of passage film for guys.

This thread is a goldmine. I went back 30 pages and I expected men to just post memes about feminism and all that, but I didn't expect there to be a lot of drama and arcs. Went in for the memes, stayed for the drama (and memes).

American Psycho the book was written by a (closeted at the time) gay man where the book is simultaneously used to criticize American consumerism and a way for the author to work through his drug addiction and self loathing of his gayness.

American Psycho the movie is directed by a women who focused the film on the absurd levels of shallow toxic masculinity that Patrick and his "friends" display.

In either work, Patrick is suppose to come off as a shallow, uninteresting, one-dimensional psychopath who can barely function in his gold-plattered life. In order to cope with being a callous bastard in paradise, he turns to extreme violence as a self serving act that he thinks makes him unique in a world of faceless suits. However the ultimate point is such a life style is just as devoid of meaning and impact as the rest of the non-murderous wallstreet rats.

Despite Patrick Bateman being an unequivocally weak-willed, terrible, sadistic, buffoonish, empty, trust-fund baby of a character, too many men have found ways to idolize him as some kind of strong alpha male role model despite both works featuring him showing exactly the opposite.
Nice essay, but I really think the reason it is displayed in the "Men will never understand Core"-Column is simply because women get off of that, and thats what men don't understand.

Cwc's redhead is likely wearing the new Sonichu medallion. This is why Chris has an old gnarly one.

Guys, if you don't have a girlfriend you are lower than Chris. If the creator of Sonichu can find love, so can you. Go out and date to the extreme!
The only thing it does it futher prove that as long as you can get fame or infamy then you will get fangirls, doesn't matter if you are a serial killer or a motherfucker, it works everytime. Even that boy CallMeCarson got fangirls, and have you seen what he looks like? So create a Youtube channel and get some views and you will be getting dates in no time.

"The Getaway" by Steve McQueen is the best relationship movie I know.

Thoughts on these lists fellas ?
I was into artsy-fartsy movies in high school and from what I remember, Me, You, And Everyone We Know is like Crash but with pedos and The Virgin Suicides was about manic pixie dreamgirls getting mad at Kathleen Turner and offing themselves. I love the soundtrack to Virgin Suicides though.
Both sides lack movies with any real warm family emotion maybe this is because familial love tends to bridge the gap and would keep a movie from being too far to either side but we certainly aren't seeing the ups and downs of a father son relationship with movies like A Bronx Tale or the perils of fraternal rivlary like in Big Night. Both sides also trend towards melancholic with no real 'Chickensoup for the Soul'. Broadly speaking this is like the list of a depressed first year film student who maybe appreciates aspects of film but doesn't truly love it. I don't know what would be the woman equivalent of this? Maybe it also says something that I have to go back to the mid 90s to think of a movie that portays a positive family dynamic.
A Goofy Movie is one of those 90s movies that always hits straight to the heart for me. Despite being a kid movie, it's all about a father trying to bond with his son and a son realizing it's not so uncool to be like your dad after all.

4chan in the 2000s had a pretty big Patrick Bateman obsession. I always called him the American Psycho guy until I finally watched it.
It usually works though and saves them a lot of prison time simply for being women.
True crime and court proceedings in general are a huge red pill on their own. The amount of times you see the book rightfully thrown at a guy for doing something heinous versus the women that get massively reduced sentences and always dodge lethal injection like it's The Matrix.

The weird part to me is that in a bid to completely remove accountability, the women in those cases are usually touted as a victim as well. They were brainwashed by the man who was pulling the strings. You see that in all number of cases, whether it's a couple murdering their best friend by burning him alive for his wallet, or a woman colluding with her lover to murder her husband and then posing in pornographic photos with his corpse. It doesn't make a very good case for women to claim they're susceptible to war crime-level debauchery just because they have a bad boyfriend.

Why isn't this bitch dead? She literslly helped a man rape and kill like a literal dozen young girls. She should at least be in prison for the rest of her natural life. Why do we as a society infantilize women so much, that when they do heinous shit like this, we blame her boyfriend or her dad? I get protecting women, but I don't believe they should be protected from the consequences of their actions (unless it's the sort of actions where they might actually get harmed or killed for a minor transgrssion, in which case, fine). It's insane how much leeway having a vagina gives you in life. While I think troons are repulsive sex pests and mentally ill, I can see the logic behind their transition: why be treates like absolute shit as a man when I can just LARP as a woman? Again, another reason why TERFs and feminists in general are responsible for the troon menace.

The treatment of women in crime is an interesting one actually, because women get harsher sentences when they go down for crimes that are perceived to be 'outside the norm' for women. Though I cannot recall if they receive harsher sentences when compared to men that do similar crimes, or harsher than the average womens sentence for similar crimes. But it does imply that there are certain violent and vile crimes that we as a coeity see as female coded, like assisting in the killing of children, rather than the direct killing of children.

Women generally get a pass because at a biological level, men want to stick their dicks inside women and denying them access to that is anathema on a biological level. So they get light sentences. It’s not fair but this is one of the things about muh patriarchy that wymynysts are silent over.

How many dozens of pints of Häagen-Dazs has Lardya inhaled as a result of getting BTFO’d in this thread?

In many countries the practice law is increasingly female. It will be interesting to see if that chances once the majority of the judges are female. It would be ironic if the "sisterhood" leads to longer stints in jail than under the old patriarchy.

I've been on a war film binge lately and just purchased a USS Enterprise model. Seems quite the peaceful and entertaining hobby and quite troon-free, if my first contact with it is anything to go by.

Some of the Man Hate thread participants swing by this thread once in a while, so you can just wait. They tend to have good posts too.
I'd post it over there, but I'll let their thread run its natural course and I'd rather avoid being banned from Stinkditch.

Everyone should watch Johnny got his gun regardless of gender, by the way. And listen to Redgum's I was only 19 afterwards.
