It’s more grey than that. I’ve argued with enough lolicons online to know that it’s legal in some states but very illegal in others. 4 people in the last 20 years have been arrested in America for possessing loli, one as decent as 2015 I believe(definitely the 2010’s). Incidentally enough, the state where loli is the most legal is California. Which is how shadman got away with it all. Lolicons grossly refer to it as “cunnyfornia” as a result. I wish I was joking, but I’ve see that disgusting term more times than I can count.
I thought all those cases the loli isnt illegal but can be grounds for a search warrant where they then found cp on the devices of the individuals?

nope, people have been convicted of child porn and sent to prison for loli alone.

Here’s a example from 2005

Dwight Whorley was convicted of (1) knowingly receiving on a computer 20 obscene Japanese anime cartoons depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1462;  (2) knowingly receiving, as a person previously convicted of receiving depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, the same 20 anime cartoons, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1466A(a)(1);  (3) knowingly receiving, as a person previously convicted of receiving depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, 14 digital photographs depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2);  and (4) knowingly sending or receiving 20 obscene e-mails, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1462.   Imposing a sentence that departed upward from the recommended Sentencing Guidelines range, the district court sentenced Whorley to 240 months' imprisonment.

there have been cases of people with actual child porn having the loli art be added as an accessory and evidence against them, but there are people who get the ban hammer for having it in general. But it’s on the state level not the federal level. I know Utah and Texas have some of the more extreme anti-loli laws.

A little off-topic, but it occurs to me that Kayla might be recruiting Nick to drive the kids so that he restrains himself from drinking so much.

It could certainly be a strategy to keep him from continuously drinking during the day and to confine his drinking to certain hours. The driving would require him not to be drinking for a reasonable time before. That could also explain why he is so very angry about having to do it.

It could also be just getting him to do something related to the kids. Driving is something he can't easily mess up or self-sabotage or claim he is going to do but then crawl off to play video games.

FFS Drex looks like a Walleye and a human made a baby. What I'm trying to say is that this nigger has the eyes of a fish.
Don't you start with the fish heads now.
No single mother should ever feel safe around this man. Full stop.
The man Nick lets hang around with his kids, the youngest one calls him uncle Drex. But I guess he dindu nuffin illegal and Nick is fine with skeevy and will probably dismiss as concern trolling. So sad.

The mother burned the coal... and expected not to pay a toll?

That's the thing about coal burners. They always think that the toll that's going to be extracted is something that they can live with. "Oh, the local square white men will think I'm a nigger lover? Well boo hoo hoo, what do I care what THEY think?"

Then they wind up with a busted snatch, a broken jaw, an empty bank account and a daughter that's pregnant by their boyfriend and think they're entitled to sympathy.

And when I say "problem", I don't mean "he watches too much porn and his wife doesn't like that" but rather that, regardless of the quantity of porn he consumes at this moment, he seems to have gotten to "pornsick" status where he struggles to distinguish between porn and reality.
1000%. I hesitate to use the word "objectify" bc it triggers the annoying feminist lexicon but, legitimately, it's all he can do regarding women. It's worse than ever before.

He even did it to Megan Fox - hardly a sex godess - on Friday. His solution for her getting sick? Getting "choked out" by her husband.

I'd like to agree. Anything to give this story some reprieve. Problem: she saves his empty bottles because she likes them, and is a packrat. I believe someone once clipped the collection of his empties in which he verifies. Unfortunately, I can't readily find it. Instead, this clip came up. Worth a re-watch.
It's far more likely that she's an alcohlic too. The hired driver is so that neither of them gets a DUI.
This is too much lol, could she have been one of the women Rackets worked for and if so, was it before or after Drexel was involved.
How do so many people from Lakeview work at WellsFargo? If she worked there pre 2008 mortgage crisis (and it sounds like she did), that tracks with when Nick worked there prior to law school. It's a big company... but still.
Oh, he has to bring a whore on his stream
It was coomalot's stream but it could have easily been Nick's so your point stands.

The most recent thing I've actually heard him refer to himself as, assuming it wasn't another one of those silly hallucinations that we somehow captured on video, is a "Heretical Christian" who doesn't believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ.
As I've said before on this very thread, a person who claims to be a Christian but doesn't believe Jesus was divine/the son of God is not a Christian. It's among the first/bare minimum things you have to believe.

Said belief literally separates Christians from the Jews and Muslims, because Jews and Muslims acknowledge he existed but don't believe he was divine.

Moral of the story is that degrees in English and creative writing are red flags for some of the dumbest motherfuckers you'll ever see.

Lakeville MN is just a southern suburb of the Minneapolis-St Paul area. pre-1998, there was a large bank headquartered in Minnesota known as Norwest. It was the 11th largest bank in the US. In 1998, it (on paper) merged with Wells Fargo. But in some ways kind of bought Welles Fargo and re-branded itself. The headquarters moved to San Francisco and the new company was named Welles Fargo, but a whole lot of the Norwest corporate and banking structure was retained. The new company IMO was more Norwest than Wells Fargo in spite of the name. And their mortgage operations were big. In 1995, they were the leading mortgage orginiator bank in the US.

She is about 20 years older than Nick and was pretty high up in the bank's mortgage operations. Nick was a new college hire who worked there for maybe a year. Maybe at an entry level job at a branch bank. A creative writing degree from an obscure rural state college in Minnesota would not get someone a good job in Welles Fargo back then (IMO).

There are currently 18,000 people in Minnesota working for Wells Fargo.

We know that both she and Drexel appear to have lived in Lakeville and knew each other. But we don't have a complete picture of where Nick was living at the time.

What the fuck is this? How is this not considered a predator? Remind me again what Montegraph did to deserve being called a literal baby rapist while Nick pretends Drexel is this misunderstood victim?
Drexel kisses the ring and serves as a distraction from the seedier sides of Nick, whereas Montagraph harangued Nick in the period leading up to Nick calling him a child molester. One is an ally, the other is not. Throw in enough alcohol to kill a horse, and some bullshit stories from Metokur's corner of the Internet, and this is the result you get.

Personally, I think Montagraph probably had some sort of recrimination coming (he rightfully could have just called him a weirdo like he's now trying to claim he did), but what Nick actually ended up saying about him was WAY out of line. Now Nick is literally paying for running his mouth with no filter.

I realize it's Spain and also not technically loli as it was AI-generated images of real minors.

But it made me think of the edge cases like this A&N thread from yesterday about some young teen boys getting in trouble for fucking around with apps faking girls they knew.

Muslims, you say? What are the chances of an Islam arc with Nick? He is in Minnesota, after all. He'd get to have another wife, whose body hasn't been obliterated by having children. Nick could finally get with some 16 year olds, since that seems to be something he's into now. Hell, he doesn't even need to drop the conservative grift. Nick could become a top G. You know what, I'll give Nick this idea for free. He should try to get THE Andrew Tate onto his show. They could talk about how great sex with children is, how all women are whores, and Nick could convert to Islam on stream.

does rekieta still calls himself a christian? i think the trad dad, family man image when out the window a year ago.

Nope. In fact he was NEVER a Christian and he was NEVER trad and his channel was NEVER a law channel and everybody who thought he was just made those assumptions based on absolutely nothing. Everything you ever thought about him was a product of mass hysteria.

The most recent thing I've actually heard him refer to himself as, assuming it wasn't another one of those silly hallucinations that we somehow captured on video, is a "Heretical Christian" who doesn't believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ.

It never existed in the first place according to Nick. He retconned it because he was only doing it to make other people happy according to him. Evidently that means it never happened by his contrarian coom filled and substance riddled logic despite hundreds of hours of youtube vods that indicate otherwise. This childish nature of thought processes pathetic. He will be doing the equivalent of listening Rage Against the Machine and ranting about his parents and how they don't understand him while he dies of liver failure at an early age.
His line was always that he was a 'bad' one, o he would not presume to tell others what it means and he will keep it separate from his show and private. He made statements that the established denominations had problems, and he has disagreements with them all. He said most were too strict ansd'grace' was amazing to take care of a lot of issues. It seemed to be self-deprecating and a tack to keep from alienating people.

In actuality, it was a shallow cover for the even shallower understanding of doctrine. He began saying that he did not see evangelism as a key component of faith. Jesus was just a guy. He was probably a heretical Christian. He was not sure what wouls happen after death, and he hoped there was something. Becuaae of that uncertainty, you should live it up now and bank haron, 'grace' to save you--if required. He also unironically applied Critical Theory to the Bible, among other things...

A someone religious myself, I have been waiting for his Religion streams to just tear down each of his points. The ones above have been discussed to some extent in this thread, and we have had more respectful, insightful, and profitable discourse than Balldo Man ever could have. I tip my hat to my fellow Kiwis.

Sorry, I know this is a really late reply, but doesn't Rackets know that his hot take is literally the definition of rape here in the UK - you know, the place Brand is being accused in?
He is barely literate in American law. You expect him to do more than screech about how 'un-American' and tyrannical foreign legal systems are? It might tax his few remaining brain cells.

Nick's LinkedIn had dates for his Wells Fargo, and ir was archived in this thread. Worth a check... I am on mobile, so I will look in later if no one else has the opportunity

Nick doesn't need to get Andrew Tate he has Andrew Tate at home. The Andrew Tate he has at home:

does rekieta still calls himself a christian?
Dick Masterson let slip in the latest Biggest Problem in the Universe that Nick Rekieta doesn't believe in any of the Biblical stories. What that means precisely is hard to say. Could be one of those "I don't believe these things happened but they're metaphors to give us lessons to live our life by" copes.

But that would mean he has to stop drinking, or at least pretend that he stopped drinking. Then again this is Nick we are talking about, he would probably keep drinking and say that nobody tells him what to do, because muh ODD.

If he pulled a "Heretical Muslim" act he'd lose more than the sensible part of his viewerbase
