Because most women don't have personalities to the same degree men do. The reality is that if you have a couple committing crimes, and you take the woman away and put her with another man or social group that isn't delinquent, then probably 8 times out of 10 she won't be delinquent any more either.

Besides, women's prison is like a fucking party where they spend their time coming up with creative ways to do each other's hair and makeup, they get mail and commissary from guys on the outside, women don't care as much about losing independence so long as they're provided security. You're just giving them free room and board. It's barely punishment.
They're probably more upset about the social stigma of having a criminal record, tbh.

So basically it's kind of a pointless endeavor putting women in prison, on a number of levels.

I get protecting women, but I don't believe they should be protected from the consequences of their actions (unless it's the sort of actions where they might actually get harmed or killed for a minor transgrssion, in which case, fine). It's insane how much leeway having a vagina gives you in life. While I think troons are repulsive sex pests and mentally ill, I can see the logic behind their transition: why be treates like absolute shit as a man when I can just LARP as a woman? Again, another reason why TERFs and feminists in general are responsible for the troon menace.

It's not just crime either. Women are infantilized across the board. The greatest benefit of that is to the worst kind of woman. With the troon shit, this sort of behavior paved the way for how they act. Honestly if we just called them feminists, it'd be essentially the same thing. We just wouldn't have our blinders up with their depravity.

I've noticed that the only women to get the death penalty are the ones that show no remorse for their crimes. Karla Faye Tucker brutally murdered two people with an axe and said she came during the killings and Aileen Wuornos preyed upon generally sympathetic men and denied accountability. Plus she was pretty schizo. The major element I've seen make a difference in sentencing with women is how often they cry and apologize.

What's really annoying is that you see cases where it's definitely a two-man job. We're not dealing with women that have been brainwashed or influenced, but they are still considered an accessory regardless.

To be fair, I have seen feminists say that they don't like being treated like a protected class. They're against women always gaining custody, women being left out of the draft, etc. But when it comes to action and not just words, you can imagine the result.
