I fully endorse Keffals supporting insulting the appearance of troons, Kudos's are sometimes deserved even if I find Keff repugnant.

Meanwhile LivinInJeopardy the Keffals mod (not on Twitter but one of the chat/Discord mods) seems to be quite upset about Keffals stance, at least, if I'm understanding correctly. I don't know what the fuck a "transmedicalist" is, but I think they're on different sides in this particular argument? I feel blessed to not actually understanding this gobbledegook.

Transmedicalism is the ideology based around the idea that being a troon is an inborn medical condition caused by a mismatch between "brain sex" and physical sex. Supposedly the symptom of this medical condition is crippling, lifelong gender dysphoria that must be cured by medically transitioning to "match the physical sex with the brain sex" and living out the stereotypes aligned with the brain sex. This is in opposition to the mainstream transgender ideology that gender is a social construct you can identify into.
According to transmedicalism, nonbinary isn't real because there is no nonbinary sex to transition to, and people aren't trans if they don't have crippling gender dysphoria and a desire to medically transition/"pass as" the opposite sex. Transmedicalists call troons who don't meet their criteria of being a troon (or whom they simply don't like) "tucutes" (an abbreviation of "too cute to be cis") and "transtrenders"; they believe that "tucutes" are analogous to people who fake cancer and that "tucutes" are "faking being trans" for attention and lack of a personality. Transmedicalists tend to be very self-pitying and negative, believing that troons are hated because the "tucutes" are bad optics and that the "tucutes" have made everyone believe being a troon is just a wishy-washy social thing (which it is) as opposed to the medical condition transmedicalists think it is. Transmeds love to "gatekeep" troons so they can say "I'm special! I'm not like the other troons!"
Transmedicalism is as illogical and fantastical as the mainstream troon ideology. If being a troon is a medical condition, then its symptoms should be physical, not mental (dysphoria is 100% mental). Additionally, there is no such thing as "brain sex", and what they believe is "brain sex" has to do with sexual orientation (they believe gay male brains are female brains in male bodies, and vice versa for lesbian brains). Most of what they call "dysphoria" is actually trauma or internalized homophobia. They have all the attention-seeking mentalities of the "tucutes" they love to hate. Finally, their whole idea of "trans people have a medical condition where they NEED to transition so they won't die" is just suicide baiting because their bodies won't naturally get sick and waste away if they don't troon out.
It's interesting Lucas is taking this position, especially since most of his audience is the tucute r/egg_irl type (who HATE transmeds by the way). Does he want to lose all his followers, paypigs, and subs at this point? The Discord catboys will hate this, unless they're all transmed. I don't know if this is genuine or just drama-farming, but it will be interesting to watch as he pivots to cater to the depressed transmed 4chan /tttt/ crowd.
Lucas will probably start calling himself "transsexual" or "transsex". His content will begin to revolve around how troons hate him and how he deserves pity and praise for not being like those disgusting transphobic tucutes. The /tttt/ transmed audience he'll cater to (and has been winking at these past few months) tends to be centre-left, pro-trooning kids (they envy child transitioners and wish they were able to transition as kids/teens so they can "pass" better), and pro-DIY HRT (because for all they preach about gatekeeping, they still want to troon NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW!!!), so his predatory behaviour will not change and may amplify. Even still, a Lucas transmed arc will be hilarious, if for no other reason than that he acted like a typical teenage boy and trooned because of porn and internet grooming -- not because he was a feminine boy who "always knew he was meant to be a girl". He's probably doing this so he can openly satisfy his dumb channer /b/tard self he's had to suppress, aside from getting attention.
