I think it's less complex than that for being fat, suggestibility and influence should be dealt with by just saying no. The best example is paying for microtransactions, I'm sure a majority of people can easily just avoid microtransactions no matter how convincing by having an "I won't pay" mindset. Everything else which is suggestible like junk food like clothing or lifestyles is the same, just say no. In fact it's probably easier if you're a less social person.

A lot of Women suffer with body issues during their youth. Sometimes it's anorexia. Sometimes it's overeating for fear of being sexualized. In 2023 the media is mainly oriented towards Women. So for every story you see that has a Woman saying "I am proud of my size" you'll then see another story about how a Women "is sharing her tips shedding the pounds and is beach-ready".
