Not only is it ethical to sleep with an FtM, I'd argue it's unethical NOT to.

Kind of like with most lesbians, FtMs aren't real. They're just confused women.

So by unabashedly laying pipe, you're potentially saving them from the road to transexuality by helping them realize and become comfortable with their gender role.
If this is a pre-op FtM and you don't assertively dick them down, they could continue down the road and wind up taking hormones, getting surgery, generally destroying themselves and never reaching any type of satisfaction.
