GamerGate was the first time they got significant push back and realized there was a legion of people who didn't agree with them out there. I think you're right to some degree, there are probably some autists who believe he's actually a woman, but also many who despise him for pretending to be "cis" and want to goad him into publicly admitting he's a troon.

I've heard about that theory and on it's face, I think it makes sense, but the cause of kyphosis is a lack of testosterone or just aging. Since these people are exhibiting symptoms in their 20s-30s we can rule out aging as the determining factor. The real pickle here is that these people are shooting testosterone like fucking gym rats every day and they're exhibiting clear symptoms of kyphosis, they should be making up for their loss of testicles with the amount they shoot up.
