Whereas "Real Views" are around 3-3.5x smaller than that if you agree with KW that "Ad Eligible Views" are what equate to "Real Views".

Raw Views count every single impression that hits the video. Any time it appears on your screen even as an option it's counted.

Unique Views are just the Raw Views but only one per person.

Ad Eligible views are people who actually click the video and ACTUALLY watch the video for any period of time.
