I don't know if I can make it through the Rekieta/July VOD because the way Rekietas is handling this is so goddam infuriating. He keeps reverting back into a legal mindset (but he's never been a law channel, guys!) even after they both agree that Eric July isn't talking in that sense. Lame little weasel arguments like "well, technically there's a way he could get in without having to climb a fence!" or "you keep saying he didn't have any reason to be there in the middle of the night and I'm trying to understand why that's relevant!" At BEST they cast the tiniest sliver of doubt that these could be criminally prosecuted (plea deal Nick doing what he allegedly does best).

If your role is to suck on the udders of Juju the lolcow and protect him by throwing out faggy legal arguments, then own it. That's fine, you're a helicopter parent to your proverbial star child Dick and will guard him and his gaggle of retards, but stop playing this "I'm just trying to understand because the legal complexities of Texas criminal trespassing laws involved here are oh-so-fascinating to me and I want to help the audience understand (with my non-Law channel) how criminal courts would look at this special circumstance!"

Your friend is a piece of shit and you're siding with him because he's your friend. Say it with your chest, faggot.

EDIT: Holy shit, I unpaused after posting this and the first thing Nick asks is "do you need a reason to be somewhere in the US?" Go loiter at any place of business, especially one without any form of storefront and find out, you stupid sack of shit. What a dumb motherfucker.
This is exactly why I might not be able to make it through the whole thing. Eric is trying to have a conversation in the real world, and Nick is trying to have the conversation in the courtroom despite CONSTANT reaffirmations that the discussion is not meant to be in regards to the strict legality of the behavior. It's frustrating and while I don't know much about Eric I will say he has the patience of a saint because I'd have lost my cool by this point.

I couldn't stand it. He's a disingenuous scumbag, either drunk off his ass or seriously hungover, deliberately acts like a fucking dishonest idiot, and is losing to some black guy flabbergasted at his dumb frivolous arguments.

I honestly want to see Nick get his ass beaten at this point.

Nick is trying his hardest to be Skylar the Mean Girl.

Must be a new fetish

As far as Riley trespassing, let’s have a seance and ask Trayvon Martin

Eric July is pretty inarticulate but his core gripes with Nick are that:
1. He's two-faced.
2. He uses legalese to weasel out of making objective statements of right and wrong.

He constantly gets frustrated in this call because he's trying to talk to Nick like a person and he just switches gears to technicalities and it's like not even talking to a human being.
The underlying context behind that though is that even before Rekieta's brain turned to mush, he was probably already one of the dumbest individuals to ever graduate from William Mitchell, and his limited legal experience did not seem to earn him any friends in the local legal community, and probably quite the opposite if the total unwillingness to communicate with Nick directly from Monty's lawyer, David Schneider, is any indication. What Nick is doing is extremely transparent. And Nick has a very funny tic where, while he is more than willing to be dishonest and deliberately mislead, he seems to have a problem with outright lying in certain cases where he could be exposed as lying. This was mainly seen with the Hedonism II shit. "Hide my vacation location? I didn't disclose my vacation location at all!"

Nick could claim he told Dick to stop fucking with July's business and Dick would probably back him up because who cares? But he doesn't want to lie, so he goes with the extraordinarily stupid "How do you know I didn't tell him? Do you know if I talked to him?" defense which leads to the obvious question of "Well, did you?", and then that goes in a circle for a while.

These are the type of logic games that seem like a good idea to a five-year-old who isn't particularly bright or a lawyer who is many months past the point of coherent thought.

July managed to get the better of the conversation despite being caught up in some of Nick's word games (July's use of "objective" instead of something like "neutral" caused some problems, since Nick seems to think that Dick is objectively in the right) and being comparatively less experienced in IBS. The problem for Nick is that his lines of argument are not really convincing to anyone who is not a sycophant who already agrees with anything he says anyway or an orbiter who financially relies on being in his good graces. Though it seems the financial benefit to that is getting less and less.

When you add in the $631 this is the first $1,000 day in a long time. Drama pays well. Viewership did tank but that means little on rumble.
A lot of the YouTube chat appeared to be Dick fans. The chat was filled with bunny emojis which is a thing Dick and Vito promote to piss Eric July off for some reason (?). In other words, the integration of Nick into Dick's wack pack continues apace and he has become more financially reliant on carrying water for Dick & co. IIRC the drama streams that had Vito on them were good for super chats as well, weren't they?

Ahh, I figured out why the conversation is going so strangely. These are all pre-written questions from a lawyer. In his quest to be agreeable as a manipulation tactic, Nick agreed that he wasn't talking in a legal sense in the conversation to appease Eric July. However, when he goes back to reading his pre-written questions he prefaces the next one with "this is the frustrating part about talking THE LAW." It even works, as Eric July starts "talking the law" with Nick. That's when it hit me, this isn't a livestream interview. This is a deposition. Nick is asking Eric July questions which would be pertinent in a potential legal battle, that's why he can't get off the topic. "Isn't it accessible through that third entrance?" "Why does it matter if he has no business?" ""They didn't get an incident report, did they?" This is all info for Juju and the Pedo. Eric July shouldn't have taken this conversation.

EDIT: Listen to the fucking way he tries to pin him on the "oh so you say showing up in public is threatening, but you actually invite it, so you can't consideer it a threat then, right?" He's pseudo-deposing this motherfucker.

Nick, but not as a kid but as a goddamn grown man: "I'm not touching you! I'm not touching you!"

Nick is a fool for stirring up all this drama to carry water for Dick Masterson. Wasting all this time and effort to do stuff that can only benefit Dick is just senseless. All that stuff about the technicalities of the law doesn't mean anything. A business stalker isn't an unusual situation and all this theoretical law school stuff doesn't matter much in dealing with it.

Eric July (again) needs to learn how to deal with low-grade trolling. Just give some money to a security company with enough pull that they can get the cops to come out and mess with the guy if it happens again. You have money Eric. You don't need to shoot them yourself. Get motivated cops out there to fuck with him. Believe me, they know how to deal with business stalkers if they are motivated to care. This is what security companies are for.

I wish I could remember the stream but I know for a fucking fact that on at least two occasions Nick has said, to paraphrase, that if you show up on his property unannounced your body will never be found. Major faggot behavior to pretend otherwise. Whatever principles or values he pretends to have vanish in an instant when Juju and Vito the Pedo are involved.

So he's admitting to being a criminal who would cover up a homicide. Even a justifiable homicide has to be disclosed to authorities.

He should probably have spent less time drinking and more time listening to Branca.

I'm rewatching the stream to find a couple parts I wanted to clip out, and Nick says Dick told Eric directly, during the flashcast stream, that he (Dick) didn't think Eric had actually commited fraud. Nick then goes on to argue, for the rest of the stream, that Dicks only motive in contacting the charity was because he genuinely believed Eric was committing fraud. This faggot is such a fucking snake.

Edit2:

In case anyone else doesn't know who Riley is (was?) the "producer" of the Dick show, crowned employee of the month by Dick and the guy that Dick groomed The Dick Show fangirl Mint Salad for. Mint Salad would call into the show to talk about how her family wants her to quit drawing furry porn and dick told her to leave her family and become a full time furry artist and she then moved in with Riley and now they are living on the streets, are addicted to drugs and she has an Only Fans where she shows off her skidmarked panties.

Yeah but according to Nick, Mint Salad ought to be making 100k a year & wearing a diamond thong because that’s how OnlyFans works. Even if one is a dumpy autist, if female, its like an like an infinite money glitch. Right?! Could Nick actually be mistaken about the realities of OnlyFans? Shocking.

Diving down into pedantic legalese over completely sperate issues is what you do when you have nothing else to say. Whatever you think of Eric July, he has every right to hold his ground here and I can't reconcile this version of Rekieta with the guy that Null chatted to only a year ago.

It's pretty clear he's just a self-serving asshole.

Yeah but you're saying that like that's a bad thing. I have no doubt in my mind at this point that Nick's take on that story is "that is based". And if Nick and Kayla were to divorce it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he was on the next flight to LA in the hopes that Dick would help him get his hands on the next Mint Salad or Faith Vickers.

Where Nick makes that dynamic obvious is where he asked July if he was afraid of Riley and July said he wasn't. That was Nick's cue to say that since July stated he has not afraid of Riley on some livestream that July has relinquished any rights to defend himself both now and in the future forever because he wouldn't have the requisite subjective fear to claim self-defense. But July went on to say he was concerned not for himself but for his staff who shouldn't have to deal with this fat POS and shut down that argument before Nick could even make it.

This faggot is such a fucking snake.
And then when they actually get to start talking about the charity stuff, Nick starts implying that Eric may have committed fraud, saying stuff like "I didn't want to ask this! You need to get new attorneys look at this! Please stop talking!" only for July to say he wants to talk about this and press Nick on whether he was actually accusing July of fraud.

Remember the whole point of this conversation was that Nick claims that he was the perfect fencerider and totally neutral in this dispute because his position appeared to be that Dick was 100% correct but with added boilerplate "I LOVE Eric July, I hope he makes a BILLION dollars!"

So this "lawyer" is apparently unaware of the existence of property lines? And too retarded to know you aren't allowed to deface other people's property?
He clearly is aware, since someone posted video of him from January of this year telling people to stay off his property. (And he sounds a lot more coherent in that clip even from 8 months ago, by the way. Seriously, WTF has happened to him?) But the difference is in this case the person crossing the property lines is one of Dax's friends. They get a pass.

Pretty sure I saw that stream he was referring to his stalker child thats supposedly following him around. I think it was on one of the Monty lawsuite read throughs.

Are you implying that Eric July not being personally afraid DOESN'T mean that his security guards hired to protect his employees in an entirely separate location are now longer allowed to use force to protect themselves and the employees from a potentially unhinged stalker?
