This was Nerdrotics last public interaction with Rekieta, it was after the drama, but before the 7 hour long rant stream. they seem to be "amicable" and if Rekieta is so hurt and angry about "the list" he wouldn't reply to him positively (I think)
I don't think it's Jeremy being a fence sitter, it's much more likely he's handling the drama like a professional: ignore it while they still have plans set with Nick (i.e. the Alien RPG streams) and then cut ties when there's no more loose ends. It doesn't do his channels any good to say there's upcoming shows featuring Nick only to remove him over gay drama unreleated to G+G.

This is probably reading too much into it but Gosney wanting to talk about mentality instead of legality could be a slight dig at Rekieta. Perhaps Gosney has been paying attention to Nick's chimpout and twitter sperging against Eric July and decided law is too advanced a topic for Nick's failing mental faculties. Gosney might have concluded talking about emotions and feelings is preferable with Nick because Nick basically has a woman's mentality.
it's just hypocrisy, when Dax joined he went full mask off, they even started praising Riley, the reality is, if someone stalked for hours Rekieta's house, just parked in front and looked at it, and some night aproached the house, start sticking shit to his windows and doors, making a youtube video and saying profanities he would probably explode, call the cops, ask for a restraining order, etc.
I remember as kid seeing nerdy kids "trying" to stand their ground or be oppositional against someone else, and they start shaking like that, some even start tearing up. Never seen that reaction on adults tho, well until last night
