I'd argue it's still somewhat cosmetic (at least the top part), but also therapeutic. But I get what you're saying, insurance companies don't want to be forced to pay for people without dysphoria to get SRS.Technically in a person with true gender dysphoria SRS isn't cosmetic, which is why these cunts going on about how dysphoria isn't part of being trans is completely fucking over people with a serious condition.
And what's to stop cis women from demanding insurance pay for breast implants then? If they're insecure too it's only fair.
