The thing about this, the first couple years I didn't care much, but the past two I really have enjoyed it. See faces in these sort of, i guess community threads that make me feel like i'm a part of something. That sounds pretty gay typing out, but it feels true though. True and gay.

Stable Diffusion is like gacha for people that aren't autistic enough for regular gacha (but still have a touch of it).
I made a time-lapse of all my generations, some are first generation (from source image to new image) whilst some are second or third (using a generated image as the new source). I spent more time refining prompts at the start, and at some later points I went back a few generations (because autism).

I made 400, and each took me ~40seconds because shitty GPU. Most in batches of 4 unless attempting to finetune a seed.

The Secret Santa is the same way. I'm ass on a cracker at making art but with the Total Retard War this past year I figured why the hell not and had a great time. Got a cool avatar out of it and now I have a ridiculous painting of a hot pink Formerly Chuck's with a sleepy Slobbermutt and dancing kiwis hanging in my home office. It's horrible and tacky as shit but it makes me smile.
Highly recommend getting in on the Christmas thing when it comes around this year to anyone who hasn't. Maybe I'm getting old, maybe it's the contrast between here and the world going batshit crazy, but holiday events just seem more heartwarming these days.
