How can someone be that emotionally incapable, you ask? Easy: it's a pooner.

Aren't professional kitchens like notoriously toxic? Like you're expected to work 12 hours straight, no break, and you get reamed about by everyone non-stop?
Good thing McDonald's are not professional kitchens, chances are the kid realised that can work be kinda stressful and couldn't cope.

Yeh but McDonalds aren't professional Kitchens in the sense that you aren't preparing béchamel sauces, cooking steaks to order, and plating food for Instagram posts. You more or less stand in one place and do the same tasks over and over again. Significantly less chance for a fuck up or for confusion to happen.

Edit: In case my original comment wasn't clear, the pooner said she wants to go to culinary school. Which is confusing since the idiom for a toxic work environments is quite literally "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen"

If you're not working a comfy, work-from-home job that comes with time to chat, shitpost, game, or spend time with friends and family, you need to fix that.
Gonna have to agree to disagree here. If I don't put in effort during my workday on something physical, I don't feel I've earned my paycheck.
I can do all that as is, I just don't work from home. Maybe you office types just don't have good enough benefits.

She also wants to be a man, which is slightly more likely than being in a stressful kitchen. Since when do pooners let problematic reality get in the way of their aspirations?

Yeah, even a small bakery is going to be too much for this fag. Professional kitchens are nightmares to work in unless you have a real passion and/or talent, but unfortunately a ton of young people go into it thinking it's a badass alternative to desk work. It's got worse in recent years ever since The Bear started streaming because people are attracted to the hip, edgy chaos and miss the parts about non-stop stress, everyone exhausted on Xanax, hazing, no social life and constant risk of unemployment.

But no matter what field they want to go into, the issue is that they based their entire attitude off of the first day. Not a single non-psychotic person LOVES the first day of a job, you're guaranteed to be drinking from the fire hose, figuring out how to organize and balance your workload while you still don't know what the fuck is going on, and it's even worse when it's your first job, period. They will fail no matter where they go with that attitude, and the ass-patters circle-jerking their support just make it worse. Typical Reddit.

They'll be able to get in the door because most diners, etc. are desperate for anyone who can hold a spatula and hold off on the pills enough to get through a shift but they'll be the type to have multiple 3-week stints because they can't cut it and some enabler told them to quit. I worked in food service for four years and fags like these are a dime a dozen.

Everyone I know who worked in a real kitchen was a psychotic drug addict.

Someone on my team is anonymously reporting everything that isn’t politically correct to HR.

Before you jump to conclusions it’s important to understand the background.
My team is VERY diverse and VERY small. There’s 11 of us total. Every single person is either a different race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. 90% of the team has a good relationship but there are a couple seeds who outwardly stir up trouble.
An example of the type of reports being sent to HR is the only black girl on our team referred to her own hair has nappy during a team meeting in reference to talking about going to get her hair braided over the weekend.
Only our team was in the room during that and someone anonymously reported it to HR as a racist comment.
Another example, I was talking to my work friend, who is in on our team and in our team pod and I said “I’m a Jew”… because I am… and was reported to HR. I also said my family are immigrants who came here illegally to escape war… because that’s what happened… and that was reported.
Similarly another teammate referred to herself as super gay in a side convo… because she’s a lesbian… and was reported.
Another girl on my team is Cambodian and she said she felt bad eating her food because Asian food sometimes is smelly, and got reported to HR.
I think I know who is doing these reports but it’s caused SO much tension on our in office days like we can’t have any conversations without offending this one person but this one person is technically anonymous. I also think it’s this one person because we can see HR meetings on everyone’s calendars and for each incident, HR talked to her first, every single time.
What would you guys do?
ETA: This gained way more traction than expected. To address some questions
  1. No one has been written up for their comments, everything at this level has been an “investigation”
  2. The person in question is not a white woman lol
  3. Im pretty sure the person in question wants our manager fired and is trying to build a case against her
  4. I couldn’t make this up even if i wanted to

Sounds like a first world problem. If this "teen girl with social anxieties" doesn't like living in a first world country and poons out of stress, she should visit India or Saudi Arabia and see how she likes living there
There are Indian and Arab girls who would do the same if they had the option and the supportive culture. The fact that they troon out is a first world problem, as is the poor mental health care where therapist are encouraged to jump to "troon child out" over other treatments, but I'm not seeing the point of your comment. Yes, other girls have it much worse in other countries, but I was addressing why young women with larger breast pooned out when given the option.
Human emotions don't work based on other people's experiences. The worst thing someone has experienced is going to be the worst thing they've experienced, it doesn't matter what other people have gone through.
What's more, female experiences around the world aren't a sliding scale. Despite the stereotypes, there are some things that India and Saudi Arabia do well that girls like this might even benefit from experiencing.
As an example: Female-only spaces that she would be able to visit on a regular basis where she could talk to women her age and older who went through the same thing. We don't have many of those here.
Your options are:
  • Your mom (if you have a good relationship with her)
  • Your sisters (if you have them and they're close enough in age)
  • Your friends (sometimes)
...and that's about it.

Contrast that with the women-only spaces in the Middle East and India, and maybe she'd have a few aunties to commiserate with or smack some sense into her.

This is just like the worst part of 1984- when they make you do 5 minutes of aerobics in front of the telescreen

BRO was 476 pounds, but totally isn't now, but also personally knows about the drug that came out last year. Also it doesn't normalize the idea that your fat ass isn't of value to society, we've know this. You're a fucking liability to society. You take up more medical resources than value you contribute, when times are getting lean and the belt needs tightening you don't get to whine.

This one at least realizes that he's cattle who comes from people that demanded to be cattle Aon a nice ranch with a barn and free grazing land and protected from wolves by the farmer. Shocking that the farmer doesn't just do it all for nothing in return.

So I've only read a few of these but I'll comment as someone who's been through the system and even helped those figure it out, plus as a britfag I have cultural insight, before I start we got to lay down a few terms;

UC: Universal Credit (Our welfare)
LCfW: "Limited Capabilty for Work" (Short term disability claim, meant to last between 18months and 5 years which replaced "Employment and Support Allowance")
LCfWRA: "Limited Capabilty for Work Related Activity" - Long Term disability claim, meant to last between 5-10 years or longer. The difference is also that LCfRAW means you will not be expected to look for work at all or called in for certain activities involved with finding work.
JSA : "Job Seekers Allowance" - the old welfare system UC replaced which caused a bunch of problems, confusion and even controversy at the time it was, something Labour Government opposed and made a strong point a few times in saying they'd reverse.
PIP : "Personal Independence Payment" - Disability benefit, Unlike UC and the associated aforementioned Limited capability benefits, PIP is there for disabilities with the intention of covering payments for things which you need and isn't effected usually by things like your work, your household income and so on (Hence it came under fire a few times, see "Harvey and Katie Price").

Ok, with that out the way.
Two Tier Kier has been making quite loud claims he would make plans to target those claiming UC, specifically those within the LCfW/LCfWRA brackets which're usually full of people who are claiming it due to mental health issues (Depression/Anxiety type of shit) and Obesity. It doesn't act as a replacement or substitute to "PIP" as you can have both at the same time and they work independently of each other, they're also handled weirdly by two seperate arms due to the fact PIP isn't to do with your ability to work, but how bad your disability would effect you and what you need to be basically fine in your day to day life. Anyhow.
He's been desperate to make good on his plans to tackle the unemployment numbers and him pushing in this direction does make sense in a very clinical and mildly desperate fashion, not that I think it's bad or wrong as I've known and actively seen people who get a diagnosis of Obesity/MO make a beeline to the unemployment office and given the government has been bitching about an "Obesity Crisis" for around 5-8 years now him pushing the NHS to give prescriptions of Ozempic onto those with Obesity would, if it worked, really kill two birds with one stone. But I also know how a lot of people will lie to their doctors about taking their meds or following plans like this so I imagine there will be a bunch of people pretending to follow the advice but not wanting to work in any capacity so won't, there might also be a real chance that, with how LCfW/LCfWRA is worded and works, they CAN be dropped from the welfare system (Outside of PIP...maybe, I'm not too well versed on PIP) due to not following the medical advice and essentially "Not doing everything to return to work", this would require doctors to essentially snitch on their patients for the government however, which I'm not 100% if they can, will or do, but I imagine it's occurred in places.
It's weird though, they're making a point of focusing on the Obese people but I've not yet really heard much about those suffering from mental health issues but they are pushing UC to contact those on LCfW and try and "Help them get back into work", but I know simply pointing out you have mental health issues you still aren't treated for gets these people to back off, which shows they're tackling the obesity thing first and maybe only that. It'd be great if they took the money saved and then pushed it into the seriously underfunded, strained and poorly manned mental health services (For context, my entire county of Sussex has next to noone on their "Mental Health Unit" in the NHS for the entire area, that's not an understatement) to better help those who're under LCfW for the sake of mental health.

But let's be real here, it's the antiwork niggers, they never want this shit to go through because it would fuck them over from being able to claim welfare and bitch about not being able to work, which I imagine would be the main pushback, I would personally (IF I was an obese tub of shit) be worried about taking a relatively new drug like this which causes something like weight loss, as I'd be worried about the possibility of long term effects or side effects in general, but it seems these people are more interested in bleeding an overworked system dry.
