I want my male fiends to be happy; the younger ones to find a woman that shares their interests and hobbies, to give them love and affection in return; the ones my age to enjoy their lives with their partners, and to have good relationships with their children, and to be able to communicate in a way that works for them and the older ones to be able to enjoy new things and and places. Both partners don't have to have the same hobby or vote the same way, because people are different and not clones of each other, and understand sometimes women and men have issues that make them a little slower or heavier when they get older, so you work together to help each other out. I see and hear so many men and women I know chase after unrealistic and unobtainable goals or try to recapture their youth. I sometimes feel people of all ages in Western society are fixated on superficial matters and things, which don't really matter, which create unnecessary misery. I've reflected on this for some time, and it didn't start yesterday. I feel that Americans are very immature and hedonistic, and that this is the root of a lot of interpersonal problems but it seems to be spreading to other countries and getting worse.

I don't have answers, but I believe people have to acknowledge that there is no single "right" way for every relationship. Sometimes men might be more dominant, and women more submissive; if it works and people are happy, let it be. If it doesn't, find a way to make it work instead of heading for divorce court-this goes for both women, and men.

Edit: If it doesn't work out, well you can both say you tried as staying in a miserable relationship is also bad. Like I said, its important for both parties to be realistic.

Conversely, dudes avoid HR like the plague. They will only go to them as a last resort and bring a ton of documentation with them. As a penis haver, the gaggle of HR cunts assume that he’s in the wrong so extensive documentation is needed to lift a finger. There are occasionally guys who work in HR and they leave after a few months because if they’re attractive, they get sexually harassed and if he’s not attractive they scheme to get rid of him or isolate him.

I actually got fucked over by one of your clique @Chris Glownigger, it was a HR bitch with the pronouns on profile who said I wasn't meeting expectations cause I submitted one thing 8 hours late once and I took one extra day sometimes to complete shit.
