Precisely. That category already exists due to there being a rule requiring permission for such threads to even exist. It serves as approval for the thread's continued existence. I'm not sure if a distinction is made for people like Nikolas Talbott who join and instantly turn out to be a lolcow before they can truly be known as a "KF user" as opposed to users who wind up with threads over the course of using the website.

I've tried to search for anything related to "Hallouine644", but the only thing I could find (aside from already posted ely.by) is some Portuguese (?) minecraft forum that is indexed by Yandex for some reason.

After rechecking Talbott's NameMC I noticed something interesting:
Hallouine644 was used for 19 days, but minecraft accounts have a cooldown of 30 days for name changes.

I assume that someone hacked Talbott's account & changed his name, but Talbott noticed this and emailed MC support about evil h4x0rz.
This also means that Talbott has worse control over his Internet footprint than some random minecraft kid, as I couldn't find ANYTHING about real Hallouine644.

Anyways I'm always baffled each time someone is found out so easily via using the same exact username on every site they go to. It should be common sense to make it harder to find your accounts than just using a quick google search, but I guess you can never underestimate retarded lolicons.
