Yeah he turned his nasty attitude towards Leslie and it turns out she’s a half owner in a business that publishes books by women and POCs. Exactly the thing Patrick pays lip service to. I don’t know how her business is doing but there’s people who will gladly buy books to spite Patrick and I think Leslie confirmed they made good sales after her encounter.

I've often thought this. Like when you read some classic literature and think, ok, this character obviously functions as an archetype of an idea in the story, not a fleshed-out realistic person. No one's that much of a simple villain/buffoon/whatever in real life. But Pat is exactly that.

Before Pat, the only person I ever observed trying to make that “son” shit sound so dominant was a literal fifth grader. And I was in fifth grade at the time.
I always assumed, based on her cunty tweets, that Pat’s mother was the one he picked up the childing from. But it’s entirely possible both of his parents are abusive cunts. For decades, the stereotypical Wisconsin male - even in Milwaukee, to a surprising extent - has been a blue-collar factory/farm worker who likes booze, deer hunting, muskie fishing, tubin' on the lake, snowmobiles in the winter, ATVs in the summer. He has a man-cave in the basement with MDF "wood" paneling where he and the old lady used to really party it up with the neighbors. He takes pride in tailgating the Packer game in January when it's 20 below. For as many dresses and pairs of shoes as the wife owns, he has as many Kromer caps and camo jackets. He enjoys a Friday fish fry down at the parish any week of the year. He has a ramshackle lake cabin somewhere "up north" that was handed down to him through the family, where he still goes at least a couple weekends a year, and he will keep trying to "fix it up" until he dies. His wife is outwardly a super sweet lady with a beehive haircut. He is based, but not in the same retarded naive way that Iowa flatlanders or Indiana hoosiers are. He isn't quite as goofy in the head as his Minnesotan and Michigander compadres, because his state's water supplies aren't quite as chock-full of mine tailings and leached PCBs. He doesn't trust the news very much, but nevertheless, he's had a subscription to the Journal (or "Urinal") ever since he's had his own address to which to get it delivered. He is often, but not always, a better driver loaded than sober - at least in the former case he might feel emboldened to break the speed limit by a couple ticks more than five.
Anyway, I'm getting off the rails here. My point is that maybe Pat should have taken after his fucking dad a little more, instead of only in the alcoholic and ugly departments.

According to SB, Pat has tweeted 434 times in the past four days (137 in the last 24 according to SB !) So he's averaging 6.7 tweets an hour over if you take 8 hours for sleep a day.
