I think he realized it was dead during his Covid pivot. He pushed hard for his followers to show up for the handful of IRL rallies he held, but only a few dozen at most actually came. Nothing compared to the Stop the Steal crowds he got. This is also when, according to Jaden, Nick's personal behavior really went off a cliff.

Nick realized whatever small amount of political influence he once had was gone. The only reason AFPAC 3 had guests was due to Milo calling in favors and groypers in state-level politicians offices lying to their bosses. I think AF was already mostly a grift by that point, but whatever genuine intentions Nick still had from the early days died for good. IMO it's pretty obvious given how the whole thing is just a group of streamers begging for donos now.

Its so funny how he leads a small vocal group into hating israel/jews but the minute it comes to bend the knee to israel (Trump) he will slam his body on the ground for it.
