I don't want to be in the position of defending these clowns, but, to an extent, yes, these and other officials are qualified, certainly compared to Musk. The Pentagon and CIA have been watching Putin and Russia for a long time, and they would know that when Russian officials told Musk that attacking the Black Sea Fleet would provoke a nuclear response, it was complete BS, another empty Russian bluff. The USA has satellites, assets, access to Russian doctrine, etc., and know exactly what cards Russia is holding and won't be scared into submission by toothless nuclear saber-rattling.

I was about to say, all the people "qualified" to handle foreign diplomacy are currently trying to undo the last admins peace treaties in the middle east while also pushing for WWIII. I'm happy to try out some unqualified people for a change.

I doubt it goes anywhere. It's not a crime to be a fed or a nazi. I'm also pretty sure a handful of people have sued news outlets for wrongfully calling them a nazi and courts always shoot it down, even when there's damages. I don't know if the guy is a public figure or not, but that will also make it more difficult to succeed.

From what I watched of Alex's civil trial, the lawyer for the plaintiff seemed like a retard. Alex got fucked because the judge wanted to see him hang.

Biased jury instruction is as bad or worse than going up against a Chad lawyer. That's how Chauvin caught 3 separate murder charges for the same death.
