This nigger is continuously on YouTube talking about how he'd like to bang women who aren't his wife, getting drunk out of his mind and rolling on molly/smoking weed while his wife is blitzed out, fast asleep on high doses of pharmaceuticals -- so unless they have a live-in nanny, Nick would be the primary caretaker.

The only reason it doesn't reach the level that would trigger a prosecution from CPS is because there are shedloads of morons who are even MORE inappropriate while taking care of their kids than Nick is. But twenty years ago, if Nick was an ordinarily working class guy, his actions would definitely have triggered a visit from CPS. If he was living in public housing, he would have been evicted.
lets not forget getting absolutely smashed on a Friday stream till like 3am and then revealing he has to drive the kids in a couple hours...iirc even his stream guests were shocked.

I'm pretty sure that lyric, and indeed the whole song, is from the POV of Ralph. You may recall, at that time, Ralph was saying a LOT of nasty shit about Nick and our wife. All because Nick guffawed about Ralph sharting himself and Ralph went apeshit (as he is want to do).
I know, but even so, with Ralph he was still just blowing smoke and being his usual Xannie retard self. I'm sure he didn't actually, seriously believe it (not that he has many consistent beliefs).

But now Ralph can say, "Fuck off Nick, go ready Kayla for Drex" and there won't be many people who'll pearl clutch about it. Similarly, Nick and Drex may have laughed then, but Jack Murphy is laughing now.

I am trying to sum up the totality of the "Eric July stole from a charity" shit that Dick keeps saying. Is there ANY DETAIL WHATSOEVER I am missing from this synopsis?
Yeah, a pretty big one, actually.

Dick is trying to do to Eric July what PPP did to Dick over NP2.

This is his attempt at a simpspiracy-esque campaign. Simpspiracy 2: Gayer, Dumber, And More Unhinged.

I'm pretty sure this song was made quite a while before Nick truly started his descent into degeneracy, and a statement like "Drexel's gonna fuck his wife" was more likely to have been said in jest. It's amazing to see how far things have gone downhill since then, and a lot of people more or less assume that is fact or will be in the very near future.
Yeah Five Finger Full Price was one of the original Rekieta alogs and he even made transparent PNGs of rekieta in the thot outfit. FFFP was absolutely an alog and believed all that stuff but in hindsight it was pretty easy to see even without the in your face part.

Thread is moving just a little slower than the Caribbean Queue at Our Wife's bedroom doorstep.

Null is the one with the problem here guys.
Reminder that Riley wanted $1000 for the gunt-off full footage.
One Thousand Dollars.

The problem is that Eric assumed that Nick was hoping to give him a reasonably fair hearing rather than set him up for gotchas to make him look bad.
Completely agree. Eric being some kind of AnCap variant simply assumed the best in people. He shouldn't have. AnCaps have this argument that 98% of people are genuinely good which makes the state unnecessary, it falls apart when crimes and degree of violence also follows such a Pareto-like distribution. Assuming Eric is an AnCap or ideologically adjacent (Minarchist etc), I suppose that was his mindset.

They have a nanny, so Balldo is not in their lives. For the better, actually. Kids don't need to learn of their father's testicular masochism fetish with some Chinese-invented Pear of Anguish for testis.
@Balldo's Gate can clarify, their nanny supposedly posted lewds on Discord/Locals chat. This happened during the stupid photoshoot and my autistic tripod faggotry.

July responded that he also donated remainder cash to the charity and is thus accounted for.
If you buy more than one the cost goes down to $13 per unit.
Let me get this straight and make it as clear as possible for Juju and Vito the pedo.

The comic ISOM#1 was $35. That was in my opinion far too much.
My guess is that's their first time doing this stuff so inexperience incurred massive bills. Fair, not that great but alright.

They are now selling it for $20 which is far more reasonable.

Here are the shipping options:
isom1.jpg
He is using UPS ground parcel post, instead of being the average vendor shoving a hundred paged book into a damn envelope using trash USPS.
UPS ground does start at around $5-$9 depending on shipping tiers. The more you ship or the higher membership, the better rates.

Now for 1-4 copies, shipping price stays the same. You can see the other ones going up, because they are calculated differently.
isom4x.jpg
UPS ground uses dimensions, if x fits in y sized box, the cost is the same. It probably costs the same to ship a feather and a brick using this method. Or for 1-4 books, the total mass does not exceed the volumetric weight.

It only goes up slightly for 10 copies. For 100, UPS ground costs $62.33.
x10.jpg

So for one book, it's $29.7.
Four, we have 89.7/4=$22.425 each.
Ten, 211.10/10=$21.11

That said, there is a glitch in their system:
x6.jpg
x5.jpg
Shipping costs for 6 copies is lower than 5. I got it all the way up to 20 copies, the glitch is only at 5.
Then at 7, it becomes 9.92, a minor increase. This might be UPS doing something stupid, as they could just be integrating whatever UPS offers for calculations.

So here it is.
trend.jpg
As expected, the costs follows a logarithmic function. It approaches $20 a copy as one purchases more books.
Eric isn't making money from shipping. Packing materials and labour isn't free, Juju, just because he's Black doesn't mean he'll do it for free.

I can fit a nice polynomial, like Romaine's good fit in Our Wife.
poly.jpg

Eric claims raw cost of one comic is $17.5 inclusive of shipping, and it goes down significantly with batch shipping. Assuming shipping one book costs $9.7 materials included, this makes $7.8. His $35 initial asking price is a bit over the top but still within the realms of being "acceptable". He claims it equals out to around $13 a copy. We can use this difference and deduce that bulk shipping stagnates at $5.2 per book. Does this sound unreasonable, to anyone?

Eric is making around $3-$4 per book for shipping, which accounts for labour and materials. It takes the same effort to pack one book (most purchases ) and 10 books. This figure is not unreasonable unless you never had a real job and think free shipping is actually free, which Eric is well within his rights to incorporate shipping costs into the purchase and make shipping appear "free" for the drooling Amazon consoomers like Balldo and Juju.
shipp.jpg

Sure, he can lower the cost of one book by using USPS and ship it in an envelope. Guess what, USPS uses giant rollers to sort mail, which gives a 100% chance of damage to books within. How am I so certain? I called them up because I received a fold-out card (had led lights and all) all mangled and damaged. They told me it was due to sorting rollers and items like that aren't even allowed to be sent in envelopes.

When I first started working part time back in high school, the company I worked for would multiply shipping costs by 2.5, and they didn't even make anything. All they did was take in items from other suppliers are resell it at a very high margin.
It's called business, like it or not. Eric is a saint compared to them.

Juju is a balding unfunny hack. Vito is a vile paedophile. Balldo is a degenerate freak. Riley should just troon out and ack.

I doubt it's fraud, but $17.50 is way too much for one comic sold at cost.

I've no real interest in Eric July or comics so I've refrained from commenting on this whole business, but does he actually claim to be selling anything at cost?

British supermarkets do this thing in which customers can buy food and donate it to foodbanks. They have big containers on your way out. The supermarkets are donating fuck all. They aren't reducing the cost of the food that you donate -- you're paying full retail price for it. Supermarkets are increasing their profits because you're buying more food than you actually need. (I hate this system -- it fucks everybody over. Charities get less because donors are getting no tax relief on what they donate. So they donate less in absolute terms. The foodbanks get far less than they would if people donated cash because they lose any economy of scale. And supermarkets can posture as looking good while doing fuck all.)

Anyway, isn't July just doing the same thing? He's giving the public an opportunity to donate comics to underprivileged children. The donors aren't paying full retail price -- they're getting a price break on what they donate -- but there's no rule that I'm aware of that says Eric has to charge the donors the cost of the item they donate. He can sell the donors the comic for whatever the fuck he wants. That's not fraud. Who's being defrauded here and how?

Further, July appears to be making donations of his own -- not in comics, but in actual cash. Again, before these wankers comment, I'd want to see them at least matching dollar for dollar anything that July is donating to this charity. But they don't do that because they're all cunts who are just seeking to fuck with July and have no genuine interest in the charity or the issue of effective donations.

Again, the only person trying to claim there was charity fraud is Dax and his orbiters. There is literally nothing to it other than Dax being a piece of shit wanting to ruin a man’s business just because. There is literally no point in spelling out the specifics or going down point for point about the charity donations or what should or shouldn’t be charged.

There is literally no actual thing going on other than Dax being a shit. No one who actually donated has a problem, Eric didn’t have a problem, the charity itself didn’t have a problem.

It is literally a nothingburger pushed by a dipshit desperate for attention.

Given the brazenness I'm finding Josh's lawsuit bait hypothesis more and more compelling.

Wouldn’t surprise me. Dax is essentially treating Eric like a bad poster on here would treat a lolcow: constantly harassing and trolling him in a pathetic attempt to get him to do something “lulzy”, so Dax can then take it and make content out of it, jumping up and down and going “See?! See?! I told you he was dumb and mockable! Laugh! Laugh at him!”

It’s pathetic and just generally annoying.

Nick: 'I never go viral!' *cope*. I will keep trolling!

Thought he might give a shoutout to Viva and Jack Posobiec for going viral with his Rittenhouse clip.

But like a true narcissist, it only counts if he personally gets the credit.

I am not rich:

Is this one of the first times Nick has publicly acknowledged his family trusts and wealth?

He immediately misdirects with "I don't have yatch money", but doesn't explain how someone who hardly worked and sucked at every job he had afforded law school and owns two houses simultaneously long before hitting it big with Vic and Kyle.

I'm not sure if it's because Eric is an AnCap. Even though Eric had that youtube channel for years, I think he just still not used to the IBS side of the internet and even though he knew Nick was favoring Dax, he was hoping someone who was normally friendly to him to at least give him the faith of a honest 1 on 1 conversation like a normal person instead of whatever nonsense Nick tried to pull.

Seriously Nick, you're not fooling anyone except your simps with that neutrality shit when you pressed Eric harder than you ever pressed Dax. Just own the friendship. Eric's fans would be pissed, but at least they wouldn't be able to call you fake.

Given the brazenness I'm finding Josh's lawsuit bait hypothesis more and more compelling.
If that really is his plan, I hope it ends with Eric taking him to the cleaners because baiting lawsuits is fucking gay and he should know better from the lolsuit.

I'd be too worried about it being a content win for Dax. But other than that why not.

Duper's Delight, is my guess. Translation: He gets off to the sound of his own voice as he successfully gaslights other people. It keeps the opposition off-center by making them second guess their own mind.

The Locals must keep him very well satiated. They probably trigger him the least negatively seeing they are so easy to manipulate.

I doubt it's fraud, but $17.50 is way too much for one comic sold at cost. Either Eric has a really trash printing contract, which happens as sometimes people start with one printer and stay with them not realizing you can switch to one with more volume to have less than half the cost, or Eric is factoring in a lot of other costs like artist royalties, employee labor costs, warehousing, etc. I'd think Eric would have asked the artists to drop royalties for charity and the like, but who knows.
ISOM is a large, fully colored, 80-ish page graphic novel with high-quality pages and ink. That's gonna bump up the price.

It would also be pants on head retarded for a person who's entire M.O. is "I want to prove that these artists can make make a real living unlike the industry standard" to request/demand artists take a financial hit so Eric's company can rake in the benefits at their expense. You think $17.50 caused a spergout?

To a point, yes. However, even they're starting to give him backtalk now. Namely by bemoaning he's such a lazy fuck when it comes to adhering to schedules, and the fact that Vito is a thing.

Before long, Nick is gonna have to recruit elementary age kids from special ed classes in order to pad the numbers.

That would be fine, but for the fact Vito would definitely join his Locals then.

remember folks...comic books are serious business. somebody getting stabbed to death? fucking hilarious.

The video in Dickless Masterson's tweet is Ryan Carson, age 32, who was stabbed to death. He was a Liberal activist and Antifa member. I only connected this because of the video pic was the same one on vidmax.com , a site I watch for daily video uploads. Other sites that confirm his identity connected to Antifa that are not MSM are below. (Video is hyperlinked above.)

The only reason he doesn't is he's buying shitty Rustangs and dropping six figures to falsely call someone a child molester, taking constant trips to Hedonism II, constantly gallivanting all around the country, etc.

He's rich by any normal person's measure. He's definitely one of the 1% whatever bullshit he says and if not it's because he is recklessly squandering his money like a wigger rich moron.
I'm not sure if it's because Eric is an AnCap.
Say what you like about the tenets of anarchocapitalism, dude, at least it's an ethos.

Could you imagine Nick with a large boat though? He's not remotely equipped to operate it, not even what I suppose passes as sober for him these days. If he doesn't crash it immediately and kills everybody on board he'd have to deal being on who the fuck knows what he takes in addition to his drinking that would make it hell for him if he doesn't just fall overboard and drown. Nick, don't get a boat, I'm not ready to stop laughing at you. Buy one for the Jujusquad though, have Drexel go along.
