Eric July's comic campaign launched around July 11, 2022 and people had comics in hand by August 6, 2022. His first indie comic. Became so successful that he could donate both books and money to a children's charity, which the charity corroborates and appreciates. Black.

Isn’t it up to the customer to decide if a comic is “too expensive” or whatever? Eric sold a really good amount of comics for a first time amateur writer starting up a new company, and had a good amount of return customers as well. His prices are absolute bargain bin compared to comicsgate. The esteemed leader @FROG sells his 40ish page comics for $25 apiece. If anything, a lot of the pushback against Rippa from CG was that he was a tard not charging nearly enough. That seems very doubtful. Firstly, I don't think he would have met the admission requirements for either of the main schools in Minnesota for Chemical Engineering. Or been able to deal with the competitive aspects of the admission process. A creative writing degree could be a path to a law school. But a creative writing degree from a third-rate state school isn't going to get someone anywhere in the engineering school admissions process.

The general education classes are the smallest part of the degree requirements for that program. I somewhat doubt if he would have had any of the physics, calculus and basic chemistry courses needed to accelerate progress towards a degree. He would have been as good as starting from the beginning in that program.

Many transfer students have to take classes they took at their prior school. I’m doubtful Nick took any of the necessary while getting his writing degree. The school that includes engineering is particular. Highly doubt he’d have been admitted to anything but the general college of arts & sciences.

He graduated from what used to be known as University of Minnesota - Marshall but now is known as Southwest Minnesota State. I think his choices for Chemical Engineering in the State would be whats now called the "College of Science and Engineering" in Minneapolis and whatever the college is at UM - Duluth. My knowledge is somewhat dated, but the way it used to work is that there were two ways in: (1) Enter as a Freshman and get required grades to be allowed in the actual major after two years. (2) Enter by transfer in the third year. But with significantly higher GPA & other requirements and in competition with a whole lot of really good transfers from private colleges.

The timelines for him doing chemical engineering are also complicated. He graduated from the college in Marshall in 2005 and went to work for Welles Fargo in January 2006. That would maybe suggest he was doing something at the Twin Cities campus in that fall of 2005 if this actually happened. But he has also said all kinds of things about how he was living in section 8 housing with Somalis and perhaps on public assistance around that same timeframe. He would have also been newly married. Its tough to square all those things as being true.
