This is also consistent with him posting the "my ID lists me as non-binary" tweet at the top of the OP listing its location as Kent, WA earlier this year as Kent is in King's County. The second link above shows two male roommates living at the location, which should be the Haru and Ratchet mentioned in the suicide note who found him after he tried killing himself in February (other names currently listed at the address are "Mark E Lorenz" and "John P Stabe," they're legally married as of March this year so verifying that part should be relatively easy if need be). His fursuit unboxing video shows the interior which is consistent with the photos of the Renton address.
