The percent of men who are overweight and obese is far higher than the percent of women who are overweight or obese (it's roughly 75% of men vs. 60% of women in the US) despite losing weight, building muscle, and eating less being far easier and more enjoyable for men due to testosterone, natural diffrences in body fat percentages, and bone/muscle structure. When men see a ripped anime guy or hot actor with women thirsting over them they aren't inspired to hit the gym, improve their sense of style, or take better care of themselves, if they were 80% of them wouldn't be fatasses. No, instead they immediately spaz out about how unfair it is women talk about unrealistic beauty standards for women actors but don't care about the poor menz, start bitching about how fat women dare to exist at all, eat another bag of chips, and then throw on one of endless gross Hollywood movies where a fat, ugly man gets a skinny beatiful women he didn't deserve because he's a "good guy" to self-sooth.

Is needing a vehicle to haul trash to the dump, and mulch and compost from the garden store reason enough? I rented a Nissan Frontera for a week and it was pretty useful for that stuff, I also used it to clean out my old room at Dad's and donate a bunch of old stuff to charity.

A tragedy that REmake Leon doesn't have Origin4l Leon's hair style.

I made it a personal mission of mine to romance Astarion as a paladin 1) for the challenge and 2) because most of the male characters in BG3 are boring. I got to the end of Act 2 and realized that I had missed a big chunk of content by not visiting Moonrise Towers until the very end of the Act, and possibly kneecapped my romance with Astarion because of it. Loaded an old save to remedy, lost about 8 hours of gameplay. Worth it.

Look I'm not going to pretend that entertainment doesn't have a ton of unachievable bodies for both men and women. But in general, here's the breakdown:
Achieving the female body - plastic surgery, possibly puberty-blocking hormones during middle school (anime)
Achieving the male body - hitting the gym and not eating like shit, maybe take gear if you're impatient

The gap between a normal woman and what you see in entertainment is much larger than the gap for a normal man. The beauty standard is so incredibly high for women and trying to meet it is where the real pink tax comes from.

IDK but I have been wondering why in TV shows especially, women trying to lose weight is always shown in a comedic way. I guess it's for a couple of reason: most women are poor thus underweight, so if you're overweight you stick out. As a man, I can confirm the ones with the flashiest cars or largest cars are normally the ones who are horrifically insecure. They fit within the category of "the dumbest people are the loudest".

@Stare Man On this note, I would add using preventative hair loss products for men who still have hair and would prefer not to lose it. I don’t understand why they freak the fuck out when they start losing their hair, but don’t try at all to prevent it.
Also, flossing and tongue scraping should be added to the oral hygiene list. It’s quick and easy once it becomes an habit. OH, and get gud at laundry. Clean clothes that smell nice go a long way. Same with a decent haircut.

I thought men were tough and could handle shit, unlike women. It's hilarious how they can't decide if men are tough badasses or weaklings bullied by meanie women.

Yeah, men are really touchy about "false rape" accusations, as if they don't regularly skate or get a slap-on-the-wrist sentence on actual rapes and assaults.

The amount of sexual assault that happens and is never reported let alone prosecuted is staggering. I've had so many friends tell me individually about it happening to them. People that don't ever lie. A few of those people are even men.
