It’s possible. Mosaic kleinfelters is pretty common. It’s also not an intersex disorder and doesn’t make you develop as looking female. Having an extra X chromosome generally leads to poor facial hair (nice beard he has in that first one…) broader hips and neurodevelopmental disorders like autism. Mosaic means not all the cells have the extra X. It’s possible he has a very low number of cells with the defect. It’s possible he’s lying. Unless I can karyotype him I can’t tell.

Thank you. My understanding of intersex is very basic but I was suspicious of the full beard as well.
Suspect he googled some shit, or saw someone else use the terms, and thought it was cool. Although it still is odd to prefer having people see you as a willing medical abomination chasing a fetish, over being a human born with a genuinely broken body.
Pity we will never know the truth.
