I've discovered which artist drew the otter YCH that caused Tyler Bryan Jewart backlash earlier this year (info added to OP), and it's so fucking disgusting. "Furvie Bunnilicious" is infamous for drawing toddler and children characters being graphically raped by adults. Here's one sample of Furvie's typical work, heavily censored, with its e621 tags, and still extremely NSFW:

If you're unaware, a "YCH" is "Your Character Here" commission which is a format where an artist makes a template for a piece and then charges furries to finish it with their fursona, usually selling in bulk due to how similar the final pieces will be to one another. What Tyler Bryan Jewart claims is he had an otter character, saw an artist (Furvie) he didn't know much about who was offering an otter YCH, and he bought one. Now years later, he's horrified to find out they were actually a pedophile cub artist the whole time.

This is complete bullshit. We can prove it's bullshit because Tygre commissioned more than one piece of artwork from Furvie including a custom drawing of his underage Tygre character in a suggestive pose for use as a dakimakura.
