I think she isn't very smart, she does alot of pills and Nick employs the same gaslighting on her that he does on his own audience.
He maybe guilted her over all the children SHE had to have and the impact it had on HIS sex life. And that gets her willing to do things for him. There is a famous stream clip where he described how much he had suffered due to her childbirths and that it had wrecked her body for years for sex. And I would suspect that if he says something like that on public streams, he is also saying it to her in private.
