We have yet another claim from Ahh yes, the terror of the dreaded and amorphous message board. While there is a scant possibility that this came from some schizo on /vt/ I'm pressing X to doubt. The hillbilly could easily prove his case by providing one iota of evidence of his claims which would still be more than the zero evidence of death threats he got. That's what still fucking floors me. I still believe that he did a social faux pas due to not understanding the vtubing community, got mad when no one found his joke funny, lied about death threats because he's insecure, and Nick blindly agreed AND pushed the claim of death threats. By now, every single talent of the company has quit. The only ones who haven't posted about their experience in the company are Noah and Kion. Most of them are back to streaming in their current identities, soem have mentioned spending money on lawyer (hanabi even spent her college fund in one, unfortunately). Megu, in her last stream, talked about starting her own group with two friends, V-Dere style.
EIEN mod and community drama
Since the debut of their talents, they became an instant success in /vt/, with their thread being the fastest of the board in some ocassions. The problem starts with the company having an official discord and the CEO encouraging the talents to be active with their fans. This creates a schism between the /vt/ fans (who prefer no servers and the interactions being kept within streams) and discord people (who are online as much as possible in order to interact with the talents whenever they are on). An early clash of the two groups started with Riifu, who herself likes spending all day online and so was very available there, but also heard the voices of anons and began distancing herself from the server to avoid FOMO (which angered that group as well). Then it became a little more annoying for the talents when they started stalking their discord activity as well, mostly with Kilia, posting a screenshot of her being online (at degen hours for Britain time) along with a meme of "go to sleep, orca"; it would have been fun to do every once in a while, but it was practically a spam whenever a person noticed this and the rest followed.
Now, for the surprise of most, the group that made the schism worse is the discord group, which was at its core composed of (volunteer) community and stream mods, paypigs, and very vocal fans. They made a server of their own where they communicated between themselves and even mods did favors for them such as banning people by just havign one of their normal members write a ticket to staff and them taking care of it. The most notable victim of this was Gabe/Gabriel--yes, the kronii schizo Gabe who had a meltdown about Kronii starting male collabs; Gabe was with /eien/ since the debuts, and was a very normal guy thought hiw stay, and had caused no major drama. Nonetheless, he and others were easy targets to send a message to anons.
This clique also had a celebration period after Riifu got terminated, and some were even expressing wishing her death or be victim of their abuse. I cannot stress enough how blatant the clique were with their activites, and how long it went unpusnihed because virtually all the active mdos were on it.
Lukicly some anons were able to go undercover and get invited to the server. After a while, they began exposing them, posting logs on the board, and eventually made its way to the official staff of EIEN. Most memorable, you could see on the discord server that the CEO herself was on a call with the head staff, who was sharing their screen because--surprise surprise-- they were also on the clique discord. We assume they were coming clean, and shwoing the CEO as much of the logs as she was able to. All mods were later removed but not banned from the server.
The zow section is the reason I am making this in the first place. Hw became an obnoxious person since the moment talents started interacting with him. He is a poorfag himself and bragged about getting gifted mems, and even thinking himself as some critic when deciding if it was worth upgrading the gifted to watch member streams.
Another person who enters the narrative is FriendlyGerman (seen in some of the discord logs of the clique). They admitted being 16 years old, and the issue is that the Riifu and Kiki community channels were having adult discussions, but the server itself was rated SFW so mods started controlling heavily what was discussed. The first ban Gabe receieved, for example, was him jokingly saying "I'd like to see Eir [the CEO] tied", in reference to bondage/shibaru; but soem asshole mods took it as refering a hanging and, therefore, wishing her death. Back to FG, zow took it upon himself to be the protector fo all member, and so he wrote a mod ticket in relation to Kiki's community to tone it down, despite Kiki herself beeing a coombait person on stream as much as her fans were on the discord--an incredibly stupid rationale, having fans not being able to be how the streamer is on stream. He made the mod ticket, the clique was fast to act on it, and si kichains were cucked out of their reason to be on the discord to being with.
He subsquetently bragged about it on the clique discord. But it doesn't stop her, it never is enough for people like him.
Being the two-faced person he is, he always tried to stir the direction of Skye streams and make her into more of a coomer person on stream. Skye doesn't like having a coomer image, and even spoke about being uncomfortable with EIEN being know as that; she even had a one month hiatues from the stress this caused on her, and in her return stream touched on the topic of even graduating instead of dealing with this.
This wasn't the first time Skye talked about not wanting to deal with this, she had done it several times even on the discord with direct conversation of her prominent fans and chatters. But always went back and had to have the discussion again. Until yesterday, that she decided to be more proactive. One of the first people who got the message was, of course, Zow.
Luckily, his attempt at apology wasn't enough. Skye herself talked about it (without naming people). /eien/, of course, celebrated. Relevant thread and reaction to the happening And so everything is finally solved for now.
