Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

I feel bad for that poor fool. Imagine already being fucked in the head to the point of becoming a pornsick troon, so much so that you fall for the srs scam, only to be left with ogrish-level mutilated genitals. Bro was looking for solution to his misery and got royally fucked.
We all know many troons are assholes, but I'm sure a sizeable number of them are simply unfortunate saps who got infected with the current mind-virus (demons) and went the wrong path. The demonic enablers took them there and gave them all the copium they needed to dismiss reasonable (aka transphobic) alternatives.
I don't know if it's the Tramadol making me feel like this but man, what a shitty deal, nobody deserves this.
Update on the comments section for this poor sod lovely laydee:

Still coping hard, AFAIK.

But what's this?

Did this troon just casually admit that most troons who get their dick inverted (or some other horrifying method to construct a non-functional facsimile of female genitalia) end up with complications severe enough to require additional surgeries??

Well they claim it’s because growing breasts and getting a period are traumatizing for trans kids, as if that’s not awful for pretty much everyone.
It's a cash grab. There are a few 'benefits ' of blockers for TiFs, but all of them can be replicated with safer and cheaper drugs.

Stopping periods- many forms of birch control lessen or halt periods, the most well known of these being the Depo shot.

Height- lupron doesn't guarantee greater height, it just allows more time to grow before growth plates fuse. Human growth hormone, on the other hand, does stimulate growth.

Breast growth- blockers are usually started after tanner stage 2, when breast development has already begun. At that point, you'd still "need" top surgery for an astheticly male chest, so it's mostly pointless.

If the doctors gave a shit about their patients while believing this nonsense, they'd try other drugs first. Why don't they? Oh yeah, Lupron costs up to 3k a month. Gotta buy that new yacht.

So I was watching 90 Day Fiancé and one cast member got vaginal rejuvenation and regretted it. As far as I know, vaginal rejuvenation started to combat ongoing post pregnancy issues but pornstars and WAGS, like troons, took it to strange new places. Is there much on reddit about these surgeries? Do they have a high regret rate?

"You can't really tell much about what the final result will be at 3 weeks. It doesn't look optimal right now but she could have a totally fine outcome."

Keep the copium flowing, troons, because as soon as it stops this dude will 41%. Hard.

EDIT: Forgot to add the link: https://www.reddit.com/r/Transgender_Surgeries/comments/170karf/3_weeks_post_op/

What the literal fuck? Did they use a fucking wood chipper and just sew up the flailing bits?

TiM has his stinkditch install go wrong and his surgeon cut into his rectum causing shit to leak into it.
Thinks and refers to this discharge as Bacterial vaginosis despite understanding that it is literal shit.

To give extra context: I had PI grs 15 days ago in which my surgeon cut into my rectum by mistake so has now become a fistula.... I had a bit of dehiscence at the bottom part of the opening and had a culture of a yellow discharge done which seems to be BV (and am on antibiotics now) Im douching after every dilation more than once if any stool is present and trying to air dry as much as I can. Was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations of how I can support the antibiotics with the BV and if theres anything more I can do *the discharge is constant so its kind of difficult to keep dry all the time so any hints would be amazing too*

Ok, that's utterly fucking disgusting. Instead of, idk, getting the surgeons to fix the fucking fistula, they're actually jamming liquid shit up their fauxgina. I fear Fourniers gangrene in their future..

The next great social justice fight will be for no puberty at all, to save people from "the inherent violence of adulthood". Pedos will then legally fuck non-minors with the bodies of children. T-5 years, give or take.
Aren't some trannies pushing for this anyway? My memory is shite but I'm pretty sure I've seen screenshots of Twitter and Reddit trannies saying ALL kids should be chemically castrated until they "figured out what gender they want to be"

Yep, they do. In looney troon land humanity would go extinct fast.

Also, the trans movement has really always been about pleasing the adult male AGPs, even if FtMs are numerically superior at this point. Blockers "work well" for boys, in that they allow adult AGPs to live out their fantasies vicariously on the boys (and for some, blockers help to fulfill their "force femme a young boy" fantasy).

But they have to frame the medication more neutrally to make it socially acceptable, so the narrative is that it "halts puberty until kids can decide" and "prevents undesirable secondary sexual characteristics" and this neutral framing sweeps up pubertal girls as well. So girls get Lupron.

There is something very ironic about females once again being screwed over by being given medication conceived of and designed for males. Gosh, it is almost like sex-based oppression does not disappear when a girl renames herself as a "boy". Who would have thought.

Anyone got that study on how hormones and surgeries actually lead to a poorer mental health outcome? I know I got it saved somewhere in my 800 bookmarks and I know I'm an idiot asking to be fed but I just can't find it right now.
You might be thinking of the Swedish study, which is the long term one tracking individuals between 1973-2003.

Or if you're thinking something recent, it's probably Mental Health Outcomes in Transgender and Nonbinary Youths Receiving Gender-Affirming Care, which made the rounds on the news last year. It was reported that patients receiving gender affirming medicine had better outcomes than those who did not. That is of course unless you read the study and realize it shows the exact opposite. You can find a full teardown here.

That's no big deal for the already grotesquely disassociated from their bodies crowd. And it's so common it's probably expected by now. These are soldiers drunk on faith in ideology and biotech, going to war against Nature. Against Fate. Against those loathsome bodies they were accidentally and cruelly born with. I bet some are so munchie fucked up that they secretly want complications for status and bragging rights. To embody and show their convictions. Their fortitude. The Hero's Journey and all that.

I keep noticing that there's all kinds of new fancy words to learn and use too: discharge, fistula, dehiscence. Fancy words that give the speaker some distance on what they're really describing. Just as they're playing Opposite Sex, they also get to play Doctor.

Human growth hormone, on the other hand, does stimulate growth.
Oh hell yeah I wanna see the tranny lobby start justifying why they have to inject test+HGH into young girls. Might as well chuck in tren and dbol while you're at it. Fuck it, sky's the limit when you don't give a shit, let's just start throwing clen or DNP at fat people too! Side effects? Ethics? It's 2023, baby!

This troon seems v calm. Odd as the rectal fistula is the worst of the worst as far as complications go ..?
Maybe the diagnosis of BV has a pacifying effect: a true and honest lady problem ? Their first ! So actually it is a cause for celebration !

Why axe wound no work like you promised :(:(:(

Post history is great. Totally not a fetish. U/reddGal8902… Not sure if more fitting here or the Ls thread. But since he is a PPV abomination he can go here. Sadly no photos of himself.

Apparently had a wife and ‘many kids’… I hope she runs.
"And if you're reading and writing about trans stuff, then you don't have much longer until it's time for some estrogen."

That sounds like a threat. What does this mean for all the male Kiwis whose hobby is making fun of troons and hunting for horrifying stink ditches and ridiculous rotdog weisswursts for us to laugh at?

I’ve never had BV but I’m pretty sure it’s not caused by shit leaking into your vagina.

6 months post op and panicked
I'm a little over 6 months post op and I'm freaking out. My urethra isn't pouting down anymore and is sticking out of my body, a fairly significant distance. It looks like the base of a penis.

I'm afraid something went wrong, or I messed up during recovery. It's difficult for me to dilate, I can't get more then 2 fingers in and that's a struggle, and I still have practically no sensation. I'm so afraid I made the wrong choice in Surgeon, or maybe I should have just not done the surgury, but I can't do anything sexual or masturbate, I can even kiss my husband for too long because when I get horny it feels like it's pushing out of my body and hurts.

I know no one here can fix this, and I'm going to contact my surgeon in the morning but I just needed to type this out to help me calm down enough to get sleep. I'm attaching photos in the off chance someone does know what's going on and/or has some solution for me.
He didn't name the surgeon but this could be Rumers work. This is low quality even for SRS surgeons.

:story:
Sounds like they left part of his dick in and now its pushing up against the scar tissue whenever he gets aroused. Looks like a swollen scrotum. What the hell is the bump at the top?! Why are there two hole?!

Sounds like they left part of his dick in
They do that for all the srs methods (as far as I know). The surgeon here just didn't remove enough to ward off getting noticeable swelling.
EP_SG_Different-views-of-the-penis_1_mz.png
Though, I believe even when they take enough off, it still is able to be felt by the person.
There's a detransitioner called Ritchie who's talked about the feeling he gets from the remnants when he wakes up with an 'erection'. Rather horrifying.

I keep looking at these pictures and I can't even tell where the vag part is supposed to be, where is he dilating?

No shit you got no sensation. If someone told me this was a birth defect where someone's genitals never formed in the womb I would believe them. It doesn't look human

Funny thing is it looks like from a casual view like he still got his nuts.
