Remember that this is not a PR move to convince the West. The West will support Israel in almost any case. This is PR to stir emotions in the citizens of those ME countries. Remember that Saudi Arabia is an absolute monarchy, and it's actual people support Palestine almost unanimously. Continuing talks with Israel while this is happening will not be advantageous for the ruling classes of the Gulf States.

With how poorly prepared IDF was for today, somehow I don't feel as threatened as I should be by the thought of them holding the nukes over the world like some crying toddler throwing a temper tantrum. If it's that simple to nab hundreds of soldiers/civvies by minimal IQ opposition, then it shouldn't be too difficult(in theory) for a professional armed force to take over these launch sites and not just disable the launch but also take the nukes for themselves.
If you want to argue this theoretical situation, how about we look at Israel right now? What I'm seeing is plenty of dead non-combatants and missing non-combatants, and the only cope Israeli government has is salivating at the thought of bombing an innocent civilian population with military bombers and jets, and likely sending tanks and soldiers there as well to clean up.

My tin foil theory is that Iran gave hamas a nuke, and their plan is to wait until a lot of Israel's ground forces are sweeping Gaza door to door to "martyr" themselves and take out as many of the IDF and civilians as they can.

Otherwise there's no "upside" for Hamas to go so hard as to provoke a war and the ground invasion/flattening of Gaza.
