speaking of /gif/, i remember when webm first came around and people actually took their time to make a bunch of clips of their favorite stuff, and share it around. now they just reposting the same shit over and over. it also came to a point where people would share more and more degenerate shit and that ended up being the norm beacuse, everyone are coombrained out of their mind.

as for 4chan itself, it says something when even past its former glory, its still one of the few websites you can talk about your interest and have a decent discussion. where else is there too go? Twitt- X? Reddit? lmao.

People actually talk on Twitter? All I see are a ton of bots in every comments section.

Wouldn't call most threads on 4chan as having a decent discussion since its been nothing more than a fed social engineering experiment for a while now. The brooms there are literally reddit trannyjannies and discordniggers running spam bots through private discord servers.

Yeah, it's pretty convenient that it happened right when (current event) began. Surely it wouldn't add to 4chan's traffic that much to cause a full crash? The site's performance has had some weird issues within the last few months but nothing that'd make me suspect they'd shit the bed this hard.

As a proud shazam poster on /v/ and someone who is NOT a tranny or a discord user, I can confirm that organic shazam posting is a thing.
