A fellow Ontarian said the Covid changes to the rules are still in effect, and as such she can get covered again as soon as she arrives back in Canada. It’s a widely held belief that she’s using her mother’s Cornwall address as her home address.

Apparently she had to show proof of travel health insurance to get into Kuwait but I don’t know if that’s accurate.
