The people who diagnosed you are complete morons. SRS and HRT has never been and never will be an effective treatment for gender dysphoria. Not only does the suicide rate not go down during and after treatment but in most cases it's been shown to make things worse. Almost everyone that chooses this treatment vector later comes to regret this decision so much they end up committing suicide.
What you should've done, and if it's not too late to do, assuming you haven't had SRS yet, is to talk to a psychologist about your underlying issues and it would also go a long way to talk to a psychiatrist as well who can prescribe medication to help with your condition.

I've talked to many psychologists over the years, and the consensus is that theres fuck all they can do. You can't cure a neurological condition with talk therapy. And there is no medication a psychiatrist can prescribe that helps with GD. No such practice has been documented anywhere in the world, even in transphobic parts of the US. Antipsychotics and the like obviously don't help.
