What the FUCK is Shazam posting? I mean, I've seen the picture of the guy sipping the drink but it's posted against movies and videogames and things that have nothing to do with anything

Shazam posting came about around the time of Cyberpunk 2077. If you don't remember, that game was(and still is) shilled to hell and back. It was unreal, there was always blatant paid shills on the catalog making CP threads and defending the game to their dying breath.
Eventually, somebody came up with the list of reasons why the game would fail, greentexted, with the picture of Shazam sipping smugly. The shills didn't like that, not one bit, and so it spread to trigger them even more. Whenever you saw a CDPR shill, you saw Shazam posters putting them in their place and seething.
Turns out Cyberpunk was a Cyberdud, and Shazam was victorious. Since then, whenever there is a highly shilled piece of shit that will be dead on arrival or a tortanic tier failure, Shazam comes to mock the shills and list the reasons why the game will fail.
It's an innocent character, I only found people who shill these games to hate him.

Shazamtrannies are just obnoxious one hit wonders. Yeah Cyberpunk's launch was a hilarious shitshow but trying to force shazamposting on every single fucking game that people are hyped about got old fast. Tortanic all over again. Couple that with the fact they have discords full of people organizing shazampost raids its just absolute faggotry.

I only partially agree. Obviously, discord and gayops are gay, as are forced memes, but Shazamposting is perfectly organic.
It makes the appropriate parties angry gives a rundown of the game quickly and effectively. It fits in perfectly with all the other shitposting and memes when the talk of the new garbage fire of the week comes around.
Granted, if it is being forced into every game(which I have not seen), then that can get tiring. Then again, with the current state of gaming, can you blame people for losing all confidence in the modern day gaming industry? Not every one of them needs to be a tortanic, but every single one of the games that flop needs to be mocked, I see this as a compromise of the two.

But jokes aside and discord gay ops notwithstanding, Shazamposting sadly suffered the same fate as TORtanic posting where everyone wanted to turn every game into the next big flop, picrel sums it up.

Shazamposting isn't necessarily about games being flops (like TORtanic) but rather about the supporters of said games coping with studios decreasing the scope of the game and ultimately delivering way less than they promised. Cyberpunk 2077 could've been a massive success but it nonetheless failed to deliver upon several of its promises. The cope is that "It doesn't NEED *insert promised/anticipated feature here*"

I still find it highly suspect that 4chan despite having multiple high profile mass shooters, hosting /pol/ and being one of the biggest boogeymen of the internet for 20 years has no issue with cloudflare. You would think a site where manifestos have been posted would qualify as an "imminent threat to human life" like they claimed KF was. The only reason I can think of is KF allows doxing and 4chan will ban you on sight for it.

If any government was actually good at keeping tabs on what happens on 4chan, the aussie wouldn't have managed to shoot so many people at Christchurch.

But they probably don't make much effort to kill it because you wouldn't want people actually trying to hide some of the shit posted there or grow a movement or idea where they can't see and send preemptive warnings to ISPs and search engines to suppress it

It's an important place to shill products and narratives and of course to create more school shooters. It's the same reason all the al-Qaeda mosques were allowed to keep operating--FBI has to get their useful idiots somewhere.

Christchurch was 8chan and that is what caused the site to get shut down, well that and el paso.

With the absolute state of cuckchan these days, I doubt there will be anymore shooters of any kind coming from there. You will get banned for saying "nigger" or "transphobia", let alone fedposting. It's more like a reddit safespace with tranny mods to boot, you're more likely to find altchans and discord to be a better place for the feds to groom potential targets. Only kind of grooming going on there is the same kind of "grooming" done by the likes of goonclown.
You're absolutely right about narratives and shilling, that site is astroturfed just like any other mainstream social media site.
