Iran right now is stretched thin and pretty much spent. With Russia also helping they can't even push their side in Syria to victory. They cannot even pull Hezbollah out of Syria to get in on Jew Murder.

It's kinda weird to think about though, isn't it? These people may be part of a news headline or whatever but they have the same considerations and hobbies and shit that "we" have as well.

Just looking at all the Islamic manga edits and OC that is posted online, it almost makes you just want to have a simple conversation about One Piece or whatever with a terrorist. It sounds weird to say, but the media (and often the extremists themselves) give you this one note, one sided perspective on a person, it can be hard to see them AS a person with a favorite food, or a color they find tacky, or whatever.

Like the picture of that one suicide bomber chick from earlier in the thread; what did she like to do, I mean, other than kill infidels? Did she have a pet cat? Did she like cartoons? They obviously had some idea of who Mickey Mouse is, as they made a more jihad-friendly version of him. Hearing him talk about passing a test after experiencing a bombing is fucking bleak and heartbreaking, and a stark example of what these kids go through, through no fault of their own.

I've seen VERY slightly more nuanced takes about this than the Ukraine war, but much like the average American doesn't know how he would feel if he hadn't had breakfast yesterday, he can't possibly imagine how he would feel if he was part of the "bad" side, so I don't think it will take long to get political opinion almost entirely on side.
