Step 9 is the only actual step of genocide, everything else is applicable to many other things and are not genocide. The so called stage 7 will last forever, it's the new "end times are near" or "climate change will kill us all in 5 years". It's yet another imminent mass-extinction event that never comes. The majority of transbians won't pair up with each other for the simple reason that they don't like dick. Even if they aren't actively AGP, they hate their own masculinity so much, seeing another man's man-body would ruin the mood. They're hypocrites, but there's often a good reason for it: even they know trans women are not women.
