It's not about what the nose thinks about the site/thread. You're never going to convince Rekieta/random troon/lolcow etc. that the site isn't evil because it doesn't fellate them on demand.

It's really about what the objective observer thinks when they look at the site and how it handles lolcows. If you want the farms to continue to exist, the best chance you have is if an objective observer can look at the way the site handles the documentation of said cows. Does it give them a fair shake? Is it a reasonable and accurate representation of the evidence against them?

There are sites out there where you can post all manner of bullshit and nobody will challenge you for it. Those sites are literal cancer and the people who post there are all utter fucking mongs. Kiwifarms is as good as it is because of the standards it seeks to live up to.

If you look at the clip @Spaded Dave put together (see above), it's obvious this wasn't supposed to happen. There wasn't supposed to be a police report. Riley is a gud boi who broke no law. Nick is an expert on the Texas penal code. The cops were supposed to not care. July is a dumb nigger.

TBF, he's probably right that there's no formal judicial charge yet (@AnOminous commented earlier that Texas requires grand jury indictments for all felonies, and hopefully that will happen), but this has already gone father then he was hoping and exposed flaws in his thinking.

It was obviously trespassing although with the limited facts we had (because he was duped like a drunken fool by Diddler Dax and Riley), there wasn't evidence of criminal trespassing. Now we know that in fact he had been given explicit notice to leave the property, by the police no less, and ignored them like a dumbfuck midget retard.

And we know that despite using Nick like a cumdumpster gay bar faggot, they didn't even let him in on the actual facts and let him make a buffoon of himself. Some friends you got there Balldo Man.

I think it's fine to SPECULATE that Nick might have an affection for young meat -- because of the company he keeps. His long standing friendship with Groomer in Chief, Drexel and his close relationship with Dick Masterson who appears to have a host of open paedophiles in his professional and social circles. At the very least, he seems to have a strong interest in the subject and doesn't appear to be repelled by those who openly profess an attraction to pre and post-pubescent children.

But I think it's important to show your work -- to be clear that all you're doing is speculating, expressing a personal opinion about a possible interest based on the available evidence (which you clearly outline).
