I doubt that they charged him. The incident report on this and the arrest is usually a warning not to do it again. It also serves as a record in case he does it again to come down on him with real charges. Hopefully they went all the way and also towed his car.

This is absolutely what would be expected to happen if July had security and the rest. The police over-response is part of your paying for when you pay for the right kind of security.

As far as I know the police report isn't available, no.

I think what happened is this CG channel made a records request to the police department and then used it as content for their channel. I think the best alternative is to scrub through the video timestamps yourself.

One thing I am wondering is why they made the request in the first place. Were they tipped off by Riley that the police were called, or did they think Eric July was lying about the police report and wanted to be able to say "the police confirmed there was no police report"?

I was confused scrolling through the video (didn't bother listening to it) but then realized, as stated in the title, that the police were called twice.

My understanding is this:

1. Police were called either very early on September 27 or late on September 26. This is the one that has the "felony stalking" language attached to it.
2. Police were called again just before 10am on September 27 because security has noticed that Riley had returned to the property. Under violations, this one seems to say merely "meet complainant".

This answers the question as to whether it was criminal trespass. You can be on notice from a sign, and that's usually how it happens, but if you're told unambiguously you're not welcome there, such as by the police, and you are so fucking retarded you ignore that and stay there anyway, in this case for hours, yes it is criminal trespass.
