Israel offered the Palestinians 98 percent of the West Bank including east jerusalem and all of the Gaza strip in both 2000 and 2008, they refused both times. The disengagement from Gaza was a pilot program for the Palestinians to prove they can handle a state. At this point, it's their own fault there's no 2 state solution.

That reminds me of a fun fact, do you know on average, the Loyalist army in the Troubles killed a higher percentage of civilians than the IRA? IRA killed more by numbers, but actually hit their fucking target around 86% of the time to the Loyalists 12% or something, I remember the percentage being around that.
