Hamas had to know that by the time any subturbanite reprisals could be realized against the inevitable Israeli boot stomp, they'd be consigning so many more of their own people to a 70-virgin worm nap. In what scenario did they think this would win a war for their people? Was the plan to sacrifice Gaza in order to give the West Bank a shot at surviving the war after Iran intervened? when betterhelp first came into existence every fucking significant youtube guy that was sponsored by them had a convenient "breakdown" and then their next video they shilled betterhelp and acted like it actually helped them. People that weren't watching every channel sponsored by them were probably tricked by this "stunning recovery" even as fishy as it was but most people realized immediately it was scripted. this somehow led down a rabbit hole where people found out betterhelp was/is literally a fucking scam and a lot of their therapists weren't even actual therapists. Somehow this got forgotten over the last few years when the lockdown shit happened it was a pretty fucking big controversy on youtube around the same time as the candid one (the one where it was social media solely to serve as shadowban bot testing where they had the sponsored channels literally go after and false flag people that covered the shady shit the guys that owned candid were doing)

Betterhelp still existing and making a comeback post lockdowns is the worst thing that could have happened and it actually makes me instinctively heave up a little each time I see a fucking sponsor segment on youtube for it that takes up a third of the videolike every sponsor segment has to these days.

This argument is just cope imo. Civilians are killed in war because there's either a direct benefit to it, or there's a cost for avoiding it. At the end of the day, you're still making a calculated decision to kill civilians. It's like how mutts always try to argue "well if we hadn't of bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki we would have taken countless casualties!" There's no difference in that and some barbarian commander from thousands of years ago showing up to the city gates with captured civilians and executing them in an attempt to solicit a surrender.

I could see it if it's some situation to where the soldier has to make an immediate "my life versus a civilian life" decision, but that's seldom ever the case, and ironically the soldier often gets punished for this. Likewise, I've never actually seen where this excuse applies to non-western countries at war. Civilian casualties in the current Russian/Ukraine war have been much lower than the civilian casualties seen during the US invasions of Iraq, but Russia has been condemned by the US and Israel both for the casualties they have caused.

Look bombs don't care who they kill, if a bomb blows up in a room sorry if you're in the damage radius and not behind some effective blast protection then you're getting your halo or horns tonight.
@Fatniggo1488 if you're in a building and it's hit by a bomb chances are you're probably going to die. Once a bomb drops from plane or Launchpad if missile then it's just simple physics at that point. Bombing people is ugly but it's still a clean way of killing people.

Bombing Gaza to get to Hamas(who use their civilians as human shields and hide their munitions in schools & hospitals) and taking out civilians in the process is civilian casualties.
