6 days post ED & scrotal revision

Dr. Chen said the surgery went well! He said this is about 50-60% pumped up and I’ll need to leave it like it is for another 4-5 weeks before beginning to practice inflating and deflating. Minimal pain so far. I think I only had to take 1 tramadol on day 2 and then just Tylenol once almost every day since then. I hope the right implant is able to drop a little lower into the sac to be more even with the left, but Dr. Chen said he could also lift the left up a little bit in a future surgery. I’m just hoping to not have any more surgeries for a long long time. So happy to be done!

Im trying to understand how this works. There's a shafty implant thing in there now and my question is how it behaves at then other end thats embedded into the pelvic area. This is a log of a rotdog, and if its meant to be even bigger at 80-100% its gonna take a good amount of shoving and very accomodating vagina to actually fit it in there (assuming the opportunity to fuck a vagina comes along). So when this person is trying to clumsily shove this novelty dick in there putting all that pressure on the tip of the device is it not going to be super uncomfortable at the other end? An actual dick works fine in this situation, with some huffing and puffing you can squooge it in and it might feel too tight but atleast there isn't the pointy end of some plastic contraption bracing against your insides. Her tattoo artist botched her. I get she wanted to make it less pale but that yellow is ridiculous. It looks like she smeared it in foundation that she stole from an Indian lady.
