This seems confusing, untill you look at it with more attention. I also couldn't understand how it was supposed to work and paid said attention, against my better judgement. I assume authors intent ws to draw a machine that produces crushed ice with genital fluids, and vibration of it operating is supposed to be a stimulant.
Looking at his other pieces, I am having a strong "what if Unit731 was tasked to produce JAVs insted of biological weapons" vibe. Looking at his other works, this dude definetly has a vision, and I don't mean it in a good way.

I wondered that as well until I remembered that the furry fandom is actually a cult. It has the surface level shit but offers more and more depraved shit when the tame stuff isn't enough anymore. Rinse and repeat until you get stuff like feral foxes being strapped to a fridge and adding "milk" to ice cubes via a fucking machine.

A follow up from my post in the Character Reference thread, I should mention that Zeydaan's tranny Zia in-universe was the reason why he accepted troonhood, and this pic is basically that. Not freaky, but downright disappointing. Bonus points for using the Candy Stripe outfit of hers for...obvious reasons.
