I think it’s more than acceptable to dislike both sides of this conflict and recognize that neither is capable of assimilating well into western society. As you can see from the protests in the west supporting Israel or Palestine: the people who immigrate here do not leave behind their tribal mindset and will literally fight people from that other side in a foreign country.

You didn’t have French and German people fighting in the streets in the US during the Franco-Prussian war, or Germans and English fighting in the streets during world war 1 or world war 2. When the white Europeans left Europe, they took some of their traditions but they didn’t continue to have loyalty to a foreign country or see themselves as anything other than American.

The port has been pretty much unchanged, since the yesterday at least. There doesn't seem to be any traffic in or out of it at all so I'm not sure if it's that active for them to be bombing this bad, good food for thought though.
