2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

I see people calling Palestinians animals for their approach to war. There is no such thing as a truly civilized war that I know of, not one that involves violence anyway. "Well it's different when civilians are involved." Okay but where was that energy when Israeli forces were endangering civilians? "Well some got hurt as collateral damage trying to take out the terrorists." Is bombing a group civilians ethical as long as there's one terrorist?

None of these rationalizations pass the sniff test. It's all BS excuses. When the US bombed Japan claiming it was the only way out of WWII, which really it was to see how effective the bombs were on civilian targets, we made ourselves feel better by pretending it was more civilized than anything the Nazis or Soviets had done.

Western media and government do not want to charge Israel with human rights violations, so they must justify it by saying that any casualties were necessary to prevent US from getting involved. Though we are already involved not so discreetly through decades of financing Israel's military. Now we are sending more money and troops near the region to back Israel regardless of their actions in this conflict, justifiable or not.

It doesn't matter whether Biden or Trump is in office right now. It doesn't matter whether Palestine is civilized or not. Our Western politicians are duty-bound to Israel as part of some blood pact.

Personal relationships always will sting far harder then the big picture so I sympathize with the gut reaction, but let's be real here.

I am of Sephardi origin and I have a friend in Israel right now, and I had to be lectured by some retarded US progressives that the genocide that the Jewish people is going through right now is  their fault.
The idea that jewish people are in a genocide is laughable at best, Israel suffered like 1200 deaths by a far far weaker force than them and responded in kind to even out the deaths already while having the support of the entire world. If what constitutes genocide for you is one side wanting to kill the other and dehumanizing them i'm sure the treatment of palestine has been one brewing for a long time, with gaza being effectively an open air prison that doesn't even control its borders and the continuous growing illegal settlements in the west bank. I won't make that claim however, but it just follows the logic.
A woman was called a Nazi for making a mild joke about trans people, and I shit you not, a bunch of people with genderspecial flags were calling her a Nazi while cheering on all of those 1000 Jews that have died in the last 5-6 days while denying being an antisemite.

How the fuck are you not an antisemite when you're not only happy to see Jews dying, but you want to destroy a state that was founded mainly by Holocaust victims?
If they aren't cheering because they are jews but because they are in Israel then it's obvious the answer, would they be racist if they cheered on a high security prison riot and 90% of deaths were black people? Yes calling other people nazis for retarded shit is dumb and by following their own logic they should be anti-semites, but just because they are retarded doesn't mean you gotta be retarded too. Do you think all else equal there would be any difference if the state of israel was composed of christians or whatever else that wasn't muslim?

Also who cares who founded the state
I am pretty sure that if actual German neo-nazis traveled all the way to the middle east and executed innocent Jewish civilians while giving a "Heil Hitler", those same fuckers would support them because "muh colonialism".
ofc they would, the same way they do in ukraine, they can't reconcile the purity obsession and reddit zingers with some semblance of pragmatism so the dissonance appears.
Sorry for derailing and KF is not your personal blog yadda yadda, but I need to vent and spread awareness that antisemitism is extremely high on left-wing/"progressive" spaces but people overfocus on blatant chuds who show the swastika.
The left has always been very anti zionist, this is not news to anyone. It's a tragedy that you have some personal involvement, as it is a tragedy that people on the other side do as well, and those things will always cloud our view.

That being said, it is getting bad with these two bitches being the face of the problem (both reps for the only 2 Muslim majority districts, turban bitches being made up of retarded Somali "refugees" in Minneapolis that Minnesota stupidly took in)
I know this is an OT question but I have always wondered: why did Minneapolis of all places end up being the destination for Somalians? I always associated the place in my mind with a bunch of white people who have varying degrees of Scandinavian heritage

I don't expect any of this to be taken down, but never hurts to have local archives just in case:

can countries support Israel without feeling like the need to give them billions of dollars. They don't seems t o be needing that much money to raze the shithole that is Gaza. Why is the western world funding this shit. You wanna genocide some Palestinian, they should do it on their own dime ffs.

Because, like modern day Scandinavians, Minnesotans have a smug sense of moral superiority, so they thought, "We're so good, we'll take in THOUSANDS of refugees!" and the state literally asked to be sent many, many refugees. Look how that has turned out.

Hamas militant paraglides into power lines and is electrocuted

It looks like he had so much open ground to land on too. Really makes me wonder how much training they got with those paragliders before they launched this attack. This video makes it look like they watched a 10 minute YouTube tutorial right before heading out.

You aren't seriously claiming this all began over series of coordinated attacks NOT targeting civilians, are you?

The IDF is spending it's resources to target what it believes are strategic targets, valuable Hamas infrastructure. If they were targeting civilians or just attacking indiscriminately don't you think they would just be sending every last piece ordinance to just carpet bomb the place? That's a hell of a lot easier than trying to find Hamas.

The United states dropped thousands of leaflets prior to the bombing, the leaflets specifically warned they had nuclear weapons and explained in Japanese very clearly they should evacuate cities while they had the chance, civilians were not the target. Please educate yourself on this subject, public schools have not done their job, apparently.

Let's do a thought experiment, let's say God came down from heaven and showed you two buttons you could press and you can only press one. The first button deletes all Muslims, the second button deletes all pedophiles, which one would you pick?

I would pick the pedophile button, because that would delete all the Muslims too.

She's now claiming that the girl with mangled legs and bloodied dreadlocks is alive, according to [literally who German outlet].
The claim that she is still alive was made by the mother and reported in German media (But the outlets point out that it is only according to the mother) One source as an example There has also be no official statement by the German government.
But as many have pointed out on here before, there is no way the girl on the truck is still alive and you generally don't strip and spit on people while yelling allah akbar on your way to the hospital. So of course it is bullshit, just thought I added the context in case someone missed it.

There were also some reports of the defense of the Kibbuz Nir Am, located about two miles to the east of Gaza and due west of the city of Sderot with a population of about 500. The local militia under the local security chief a 25 year old Israeli woman called Inbal Lieberman reportedly repelled a Hamas attack inflicting 25 casualties and most importantly keeping the whole village from being slaugthered.
It's unclear to me whether the village suffered no casualties or low casualties since the report in the english newspaper and German newspaper conflict. However, it is clear that the village faired a lot better than the other ones in that area.
Source A
Source B (German)
Now obviously you should take such reports with a liberal pinch of salt, but given the fact that it is reported in multiple outlets and I couldn't find any evidence for losses in that particular village, I am inclined to believe that at least the defense part is accurate.
I am also thankful that at 25 my responsibilites only included shitposting on the internet, going out for drinks and passing uni exams not keeping my village alive.

Edit: Fixed retarded phrasing
