2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

If anyone says you're a fence sitter, show them this. The two state "solution" is THE pinnacle of a fence sitting position. How many times now has this not fucking worked?

it's the best """solution""" for outsiders who aren't actually involved because it's basically 'out of sight, out of mind' for them. just preserve the status quo and stop making noise, thanks, bye.

it's not really viable for either of the sides actually involved in the conflict. a majority of palestinians staunchly reject it because they want more territory, and a majority of jews also reject it because they also want more territory.

I agree, we should wipe out the people responsible for 9/11 once and for all.

I don't think there is a whole lot of will to nuke Israel and Saudi Arabia, though.

I mean the samson option is a thing. Technically it does both. Israel is destroyed and all arabs countries get nuked so its not impossible
But we're not quite there yet.

This is true, the festival wasn't even supposed to be there according to the organizers, they only picked there because another location fell through 3 days before the event, and they picked the worst location possible.

The reason so many Hamas militants hit the festival is it was on Route 232, the main north-south road paralleling Gaza, right where it crosses Nahal Gerar, the only natural obstacle in the entire region as everywhere else is just flat open land, so it was a strategic chokepoint to ambush and block reinforcements from the north heading to rescue the IDF Gaza Division Headquarters.

This is probably why Hamas just shoah'd everyone there because they needed to hold this location as part of the operation.

I know that they are in Syria and Lebanon, but are they also the people who control the West Bank or is that another group (PA?).
Hezbollah are a Lebanese paramilitary/political organisation and don't have a presence in the West Bank as far we know, they're primarily focused on their base of operations in Southern Lebanon which they control as an effective state-within-a-state, as well as maintaining a presence in Syria and Iraq. Though it's possible there could be individual members there working with Palestinian groups.

As for the West Bank it is de jure controlled by the Palestinian National Authority (or Palestinian Authority, PA, as it's usually known), which is a government body currently controlled by its largest political party Fatah. The de jure part is important because the territory is actually split into different areas, labelled A, B, and C, which have different levels of governance, as shown below:
WB_Areas.JPG

  • Area A are isolated enclaves which the PA has full authority over, including defence and security, and compromises only about 18-20% of the total land area, but has most of the major population centres.

  • Area B are parts of the territory administered by the PA and where Palestinian law applies, but where Israeli police and military controls defence and security.

  • Area C, which makes up the majority of the West Bank, is territory fully controlled by Israel, inhabited by numerous Israeli settlers, and where Israeli law applies in full. In effect it's been de facto annexed by the State of Israel in all but name.
These were established in 1995 under the Oslo II Accord, where Israel also agreed to eventually transfer full control over the entirety of Area C to the PA, by transitioning it steadily into Area B then finally Area A. But aside from a small land transfer that occurred immediately after the agreement was signed it's never happened, nor will it likely ever happen especially given current events.

Now Hamas used to be involved, at least nominally, with the PA hence why Gaza is included in that map. But they had a major falling out with Fatah that turned violent in 2007 and they haven't made up since, hence why there's no Hamas presence in the West Bank. There are however a lot of smaller militant groups found there, most of which tend to be both secular and Communist interestingly enough, which puts them ideologically against the radical Islam of Hamas, though they're known to bury the hatchet every now and then if it means killing Jews.

Most of which I'm presuming are dual citizens. America has almost twice the amount of jews than Israel, it isn't too surprising.
It shouldn't matter. Everyone needs to know that hurting or capturing an American citizen is a death sentence. We can't go by half measures because they're a dual citizen, or a new citizen, or part of an unpopular political movement or whatever.

i really dont get the whole shooting fireworks in the air as part of a protest thing ive seen them do there and in europe.
And i bet they don't even have the good stuff, man!

You're gonna stand there, lettin' off protest fireworks, and tell me you don't have no whistlin' bungholes, no spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker don'ts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistlin' kitty chaser?!?!

Damn shame.

The weird thing is there aren’t even two states at the moment. There’s Israel (obvs), Hamas in Gaza, PLO/Fatah in the Westbank, Hezbollah, in Lebanon, and a billion other factions on the Syrian border. All would happily genocide the other factions and sit on a throne made of rubble.

Let the Palestinians have their three to ten states and they’ll spend more time killing each other to bother about jihad in Israel.

That ship sailed with James Foley.

This is totally precision targeting and not Israel trying to harm everyone they can without making it obvious. Without electricity: how do people who have medications that must stay cool manage to do that? Is Israel trying to kill every diabetic within gaza? Trying to rot all frozen food? 2 million people with 15% having diabetes and 5% having type one is 15k type 1 diabetics in the Gaza Strip. So 15k people dead within a month or so if Israel keeps the power off and denies medical convoys not to mention numerous other medical conditions that can’t be treated now either.

They need to start looking for that no-snitching tree
Israel needs to plant a LOT of those trees
Much has been said about Ford’s contribution to save his ship. There are reports of his heroism, and he has, by his own admission, occasionally been given more credit than he deserves. At the reunion gathering in 1975, he had only this to say:

"Then, of course, the climax was the typhoon on December 18 and 19 of 1944. I can recall most intimately the coolness, the courage of the skipper. I happened to be on the bridge as the officer of the deck during general quarters, and we were in general quarters a long time."
So he did his duty as expected. Still means that SNL was slandering him, because of course they were.
The idea that Hezbollah despises Christians is also particularly retarded.
More Hezzbullah simping. All jihadi orgs, including Hezzbullah, are Islamist supremacist orgs that WILL go after Christians when they want and believe me once they get through with the Jews the Christians are next dumbass.

Only difference is Hamas is Sunni (Amusingly Iranian backed lol) and Hezzbullah is Shia.
Syrians in Tartous stage a protest in support of Gaza, raising both Syrian and Palestinian flags in the presence of Bachar Al-Assad portraits
Retards deserve whatever they get. Hope they enjoy the hell that is Syria.
Some Palestinians realized then their dreams have turned into a nightmare from what I read on that article.

It's also amusing that Muslims believe that they are entitled to THREE inviolable Holy cities, Mecca, Medina AND JERUSALEM.

So yeah, they're going to get sent to hell because they cannot stop inculcating Jew hatred in their children from birth and constantly deny blame for their community members butchering people in attack after attack.
