Universal City Studios, Inc., the US Supreme Court stated that“every commercial use of copyrighted material is presumptively . . . unfair”. To file a counter-notice Josh must accept California jurisdiction, which means California law (including personality rights law) will apply to him.

Kiwi Farms continues to collapse. For those who feel legitimately aggrieved, further information has come to light for the purpose of sending polite complaints.

Despite their use of Cloudflare, it has come to light that Kiwi Farms is hosted by Frantech.ca. The company contact address is 3635 Craigmillar Ave, Victoria, BC V8P 3H2, which looks like it may also be the home of Francisco Dias the owner (hence Frantech). His email isfrancisco@frantech.caand the administrative email isadmin@frantech.ca.

Kiwi Farms uses Google ads, but according to the terms –

I think my favorite thing about Vordy (aside from his amazing combination of insatiable ambition and crippling inefficiency in accomplishing his goals) is how defensive he is of being able to call anyone and everyone who "wrongs" him a pedo, going as far as to cite British parody law (probably incorrectly) in order to keep his favorite Nerf gun, because he absolutely LOATHES being called a pedo himself. He's like that annoying kid in grade school that always cracks jokes about people, but when someone else jokes about him he gets assmad about it and tries to get the teacher to punish the other students.

You'd think that years after the invention of social media, and decades after the first message boards, people would begin to realize that the best way to fight trolls is to not respond. I don't even consider the Farms to be a collection of trolls, just very dedicated and sarcastic observers, but apparently we're worse than Hitler, ISIS, and GamerGate all put together.

Why are these people completely chimping out over a bunch of people they don't know laughing at them on a website they don't go near? I thought Leslie Jones's Twitter meltdown was bad, but these people are actively trying to harm the Farms because they were being mocked.

Yeah that sounds like a really idiotic idea.
